Ulasan Art Hotel Like

Very nice location and great view.

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. 這家酒店主要的亮點: 1.早餐很不錯，還有口蘑意粉，雞蛋也比大多數歐洲的酒店好吃太多了，不會放太多奶油和黃油，不會太膩 2.服務很好 整體急需提升的是衞生，廁所反味太厲害了

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Spät/Nachtschicht) ist einfach nur unfreundlich. Frühstück ist für den Preis gut. Das Haus wackelt, sobald die Tram vorbeifährt. Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt. Zimmer sind mega klein.

地點十分好，距離各處的景點都是步行10來分鐘的路程就可以。樓下就是一個大超市，超級方便。 我住了兩天，頭晚感覺這房間有下水道的異味，説了以後第2天就換到一個沒有味道的很好的房間了。 早餐很豐盛。公共停車場的收費蠻貴的，如果是不開車去旅遊的話，這個酒店實在是一個很好的住宿地方。

Hotel bien ubicado en el centro de Zagreb. Habitación y cuarto de baño amplios. Personal agradable y desayuno correcto. En la habitacion se escucha muchos ruidos de los tranvías.

Отличный отель на одну ночь. В центре, дают скидку в очень приятный ресторан по соседству. Единственный минус, вокруг трамвайные пути, может быть шумно по утрам, но я не заметил
