Ulasan Hampton Inn & Suites Fairbanks

非常非常差的一次體驗，一家人住一間房。四天有三天是沒有安排衞生的，我不知道是不是一個家庭的問題，我們中間跟前台説了兩次但是衹有一天安排了打掃，衞生非常糟糕！關鍵中間馬桶堵了也沒有處理。

房間整潔而寬敞，網絡速度可以。膈音稍差。早餐一般。周邊餐廳較近開車5分鐘，總體舒適。

房間裏面感覺很新也很整潔，不知是不是近年翻新了。餐廳早餐簡單但還蠻有水準，該有的都有。樓下前台可以買食物和常見葯品，解決日常飲水和零食問題。附近有個24小時麥當勞，街對面有超市和餐館，走10分鐘左右可到。

算是Fairbank還不錯的了，停車場有插座，不怕第二天打不着火。挺乾淨的，也很友善，會提前告訴你極光什麼時候。但早餐衹有蛋，各種蛋。但沒別的什麼設施，有一説一，暖氣真的猛，鞋濕了烤了2個小時就幹了。

This hotel is lovely. Clean, large room, great service, hot breakfast, and convenient to most of Fairbanks. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and quick maintenance follow-up made this stay enjoyable. So did the marshmallows put out with the hot chocolate. Our room faced North and on a clear night we were able to enjoy the Aurora Borealis without having to travel!

This was the most quiet hotel!! Loved the blackout curtains - they worked beautifully! Breakfast was very good! Front desk staff were very friendly. We didn't have need for the trasportation but were asked if we needed it which was nice. VERY convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

Good stay. We booked hotel two months ago and they put our rooms on separate floors. We requested conjoined rooms and they stated we didn’t and couldn’t even get us on the same floor. Then we got a second desk person who was very accommodating to the person who was checking in to the second floor. And got our rooms as close as they could on the second floor.

Great hotel to stay in for your Aurora viewing experience. Easy 6 to 15 minutes access by car to all Points in Fairbanks

Super spacious rooms, friendly staff, great pool & hot tub, lovely continental breakfast. Everything was clean and in good working order. Well maintained parking lot and in a great location. Worked great for our stay!

Good stay except: plug didn’t work in bath to take a bath, towels too small, no cups for the coffee in the room, waffles didn’t cook all the way through.

The hotel was clean and well kept. We had called prior to our stay asking if the rooms had safes and if robes were available for the spa. We were assured that every room had a safe and robes would be provided. Their were no safes in the rooms and no robes. The manager apologized and didn't know who would have made such promises. The manager, Erin, was very nice and apologetic. The assistant manager, a man, was curt and seemed bothered by our questions. That was not appreciated.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Having an airport shuttle and breakfast made it an ideal place to stay
