Ulasan New West Inn Amsterdam

Ruangannya nyaman dan lengkap, dan layanannya luar biasa. Penampilan dan suasana hotel sangat mengesankan. Satu-satunya penyesalan kami adalah tidak memiliki kesempatan untuk bersantap di restoran hotel, yang tampak fantastis.

Kelebihan: kamar bersih Kenyamanan: ada stasiun trem dan supermarket di dekatnya, mudah untuk pergi ke kota dan kembali ke hotel Kelebihan: resepsionisnya sopan dan membantu

I am very happy with my stay at the New Western Inn. At first look from the outside, I wasn't expecting much but my room was very spacious and calm. The bathroom was big enough. Bed was lovely. It had a mini gym 🏋️♂️ which I was so appreciative of. Most of all, the lady staff I met assisted me with experiences I should enjoy while in Amsterdam like the *THIS IS HOLLAND EXPERIENCE*. I appreciate it 🥰 The only downside was the entrance reeks of cigarette 🚬 smoke. I can not brethe properly near cigarette smoke, unfortunately😭. Same with the elevators, I guess that's coming from the smokers body scent. I would appreciate it if the hotel instructed residents/guests not to smoke around the building. It's really bad . Overall, it's a nice experience lodging here for my 3nights vacation in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 ❤️

Situated on the outskirts of Amsterdam, venue has great tram network links to the city. Can get a bit noisy outside though.

Terrible room Felt unsafe inside and outside the hotel With strange looking people smoking outside Amenities inside .very poor.

The hotel service was good. The hotel was clean and everywhere smelled nice. I think the only addition they can do is to remove the early check in fee. Some guests arrive in the morning and have to wait till 3pm which can be quite stressful. Apart from that, o would recommend the hotel any day or time.

Comfortable and clean The receptionist guy was so polite and friendly, very detailed, and guided us .( Just forgot his name, he's blonde 👱♂️) Recommended.

Close to the airport and a Sainsbury's Local so easy to get cash and snacks. The building itself is beautiful, but the actual facilities seem worn and drab. There's a local pub down the road that's quite nice. There are better hotels in the area for less than what we paid.

Big rooms, everything clean, reasonable price.

Nice breakfast ,wide rooms,good shower,kind and polite staff But Not so clean, the hair dryer didnt work

It was quite okay of an experience. The room had no heating, therefore it could be cold sometimes. Facilities seems a bit outmoded and not worth the price.

Although it was an average hotel, there were a few things out if place, no slippers in the room, other guests were too loud in the morning, the vending machines were kind of expensive, not to mention those vending machines barely worked with a card, some of them didn’t even have a card payment. Lamps were dirty from the inside and on top of that one towel in the bathroom had black dots on them, hygiene products weren’t there, it was also very cold in the room, charging boxes were far from the bed. The employees were very polite though.
