Ulasan Barcelona Princess

Kami tinggal di kamar 14-01. Lokasi hotel bagus, pantai sekitar 5 menit jalan kaki. Tepat di depan hotel terdapat pusat perbelanjaan besar dengan area kuliner (termasuk McDonald's, Five Guys, Subway, Italian, Asian) dan supermarket (Alcampo). Apa yang kami (2 orang dewasa dan 1 anak berusia dua belas tahun) tidak suka adalah kondisi kamar. Rupanya ada kerusakan air di masa lalu, pintu kamar dan sambungan di kamar mandi setidaknya menunjukkan hal itu. Yang juga sangat tidak biasa untuk hotel bintang 4: tidak ada sikat toilet di toilet, bahkan ketika ditanya di resepsi. Pilihan sarapan prasmanan bisa lebih bervariasi. Hanya ada 2 jenis ham, 1 jenis keju, dan telur orak-arik buatan selama kami tinggal empat hari.

A very average hotel. Hard bed, hard pillows. No air con until at least May. Warm room and you can’t even open a window (picture attached). Very poor average breakfast. Standard answer at the hotel is NO. I have a booking in June and will be cancelling.

No tea,coffee in room, kettle not available to borrow. Can’t adjust AC flow even called staff. Ask for bath mat, they gave me towel😅

The location of the hotel is great and so are the rooms. We've had a fantastic view at our terrace room. But the breakfast was very terrible. Neither the coffee nor the scrambled eggs were enjoyable. But the bar downstairs offered great drinks,

Overall this is great hotel, very clean room but a little warn out, with an excellent view, and I slept like a rock on a comfy bed with good pillows. Great location if you planned on going to the beach and relax. Only 12min ride up the subway to downtown. Given the hotel is undergoing a renovation a review is necessary to fix essential problems for this hotel. 1. The wifi is exceptionally slow (3mbit speed cap) and occasionally drops out. Most other hotels provide 100-300mbit no issues in Spain with no dropouts. This is particularly an issue since high up I had very poor reception on Movistar. It is not difficult for the hotel to have a 2000mbit fibre service from Telefonica and divide it up between the floors. This seems like someone configured this 15years ago and forgot about this WiFi. 2. The bathroom mirror lighting design is poor. No one that designed this bathroom asked a women. The lights need to need to be in-front of you not above (makes you look like a ghost) and need to be diffused light not direct LED. 3. For a 4 star hotel the plastic shower tub is a bit odd. I would expect tiles. 4. Room service did not replenish toilet paper or leave spares on the shelf.

Location is the best, food/ cleaning/ room service is rapid and friendly, The check-in reception is friendly(morning shift), at noon we were told the room we booked is reasonably different fm the picture& not the bed we request due to the hotel is under construction, and no kettle fm the room if u want to make tea or warm water need to ask for room services and charges like 2.7 Euro each time. The toilet fm 2ppl room is kinda in open area since there’s no door to separate.. Some corners in the room & some hotel areas are under construction, luckily not much noise.

A bit far from the city centre, close to the shopping centre and to the beach. Ask to stay high up , better views

The hotel was good but they refused to give to double bed even after so many request. The pool was good. The lift was very slow. We have to wait a lot for lifts. They were not workinh properly. Room was superb and foood was good.

Overall great stay! Convenient location!

Never been so welcome in Barcelona. The bedroom is separate from the bathroom with a wooden door. Which is nice. But can see through the window and see the sea. That’s great
