Ulasan Kupu Kupu Phangan Beach Villas & Spa by L'Occitane

Went to the hotel for one night. The room are spacious and clean but the main issue of this hotel is most of the room apart from the beach front which are under renovation, are absolutely not isolated. You can see from your room and the mini pool the staff', Clients, dogs cats etc passing by. No real beach front unfortunately. Nice sunset So definitely not worth the price. I think better quality for the price in koh phangan Also went to the spa "l 'occitane" and I do think it is really a joke. Small room with only some occitane products to sell. That 's was surprising...

Great location, the hotel should be more well maintained with this price, the massage was awesome and breakfast was legit

We had a great stay at Kupu Kupu. It would be nice if the hotel could also offer complimentary water at the pool in the high temperatures. The pool was not cooled and the water was very very warm. Here and there the cleanliness could be better. It was a nice stay, but in the price category you can at least expect this. Thank you!

Let’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

Très bel emplacement au bord de la plage. hôtel un peu vieillissant. Accueil et service d’une grande qualité, restaurant excellent. Équipement des chambres convenable, sans plus. Rapport qualité / prix correct.

Отель находится немного в отдалении от цивилизации. К этому нужно быть готовым. Ближайший 7 eleven - в 20 минутах ходьбы. Для нас это не было проблемой . Мы останавливались на 2 дня и полностью провели их в отеле. Не хотелось никуда выходить. На первый взгляд все кажется немного устаревшим, но на территории такая классная релаксовая атмосфера, что через 5 мин об этом забываешь. Мы жили на чудесной Вилле с бассейном и видом на закат прям с балкона. Были включены завтраки и ужины. Еда была божественная. Персонал очень внимательный. Все знают на какой ты вилле живешь, какой кофе ты любишь и т.д. Это очень удивительно было. У отеля прекрасный пляж - правда во второй половине дня, т.к. в первой половине из за прилива - пляж уходит под воду. Но во второй половине дня он открывается и там очень классно гулять . Места очень живописные.

Very beautiful place, the rooms are big and super clean, we had a private pool which was nice, the food at the restaurant in the morning and evening was delicious, The service of all the people who works there was great, we enjoyed very much was perfect

My family stay at the kupu kupu phangan was great. The welcoming staff and beautiful villas. The infinity pool with ocean views is spectacular, and the cuisine is varied and delicious. The spa by l'occitane offers relaxing treatments that add to the overall well-being. The only small downside was the beach which is not very deep. Despite this, kupu kupu phangan remains an ideal destination for a luxurious and peaceful stay. A special thank you to Arthur for his kindness during our stay.

Overall, what I can say is that. It's a cool place to hangout, relax and unwind. To relieve all your stress 💯 Place is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SPA is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for each service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Well deserved price) Beach is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recommend this place 100%! 💖

I recently stay in Kupu Kupu Phangan hotel for solo trip and it was amazing! Hotel is very beautiful with nice view of sea. Staff very friendly and always smile, make me feel welcome. Room is clean and comfortable, with big bed and nice decor. Pool is perfect for relax, with good bar nearby. Breakfast have many option, all tasty. Location is also great, close to beach and some good restaurants. I really enjoy my stay and hope to come back soon. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone who want relax and have good time! )))) 🥂🥂

Terrific view, amazing food, very polite and corteous staff everywhere! The SPA is a true stress reliever. It's just fantastic. I highly recommend this place 11/10! It's a place of peace and relaxation. I'll come back here next year for another stay. Hope to see you again kupu ❤️
