Not many shops nor restaurants inside. The room is highly rated. The service of welcome drinks can be improved, not feeling good to fall in the line to get a free drink.

There weren’t any ice machines available. Also no mini fridge which was very inconvenient.

Very peaceful and clean! Great for a quiet getaway when you want to relax w/ your wife or girlfriend. But never with both of them. Never. Don’t do it… The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all friendly and helpful!

The room was much smaller than the photos made it seem. The hotel staff was helpful but it took a long time to get anything we requested.

Convenient location. Valet parking is also nice to have. Very close to union square.
