There is old amenities lamp broken toilets are not up to standard look like old building

A decent stay for an overnight stop to break up a long journey. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the basic amenities needed for a quick overnight stay. The staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was smooth. The location was convenient, right off the highway. While it's not a luxury hotel, it served its purpose well as an affordable and practical option for an overnight stay. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a basic but comfortable place to rest during a road trip

The stay was quite nice !Check in was very flexible for my timing. I would suggest a little bit more cleanliness. There is a towel left on the shower room floor. Could have provided a complimentary water bottle? ( At least one for a room) Because even other normal stays provide this. But apart from this everything went nice and smooth.

Had to change room I could sleep with strong smell, couldn't breathe that all night.

Room was acceptable. It was not acceptable to charge me twice and refuse to refund the cost. Trip.com made a mistake with the dates, the hotel charged me and then refused to refund. Trip.com did not help. Disappointing. Spent hours trying to chase this. A very costly room.

Close to the high road. Good for self driving. Not too many service.

The accomodation had no lift and it looked a little run-down and dirty. Our luggages were heavy and big and we had to carry the luggages up to our rooms by ourselves. We booked two rooms for the night. One room had a weird smell and the other room had people knocking on our doors a few times and everytime we opened the door right after the knock, there was nobody at the corridor. The toilet was big enough but the shower area was really small. We could hardly move when we were showering. The carpeted floors felt a little moist too.

Very strong smells. Carpets need TLC

For the circa £48 I paid the hotel was more than a good enough place for me to get my head down brilliant location straight off the motorway, staff were very friendly and probably the easiest and fastest check in I have done. The room I stayed in I would assume is due a refresh as it was all slightly dated or very similar to a dated travel lodge. Everything was there that I needed. I would happily stay there again as the location was perfect for me

Perfect half way meet up for friends

Extremely courteous and helpful receptionists. Very efficient in allocating another room quickly when the Cardkey did not work for the first allocated room. Clean and spacious room with good supply of towels and tea / coffee consumables. Lovely thick towels for quick drying.

My room was a little run down and could do with a coat of pain. But it did the job for a quick one night stay. Very handy to be right next to a services for food/coffee and staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.
