Hotelnya bagus dan begitu pula stafnya. Semua orang memperlakukan saya dengan baik dan hormat. Pilihan sarapannya juga bagus. Kamarnya sangat kecil dan suara di lorong sangat jelas sehingga terasa seperti mereka berada di kamar saya karena kamarnya sangat kecil dan tempat tidurnya sangat dekat dengan pintu.

Menginap yang tak terlupakan di Hanoi. Dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke semua tempat favorit kami. Stafnya sangat ramah saat kami tiba. Makanannya sama enaknya dengan restoran di dekatnya. Etika bertelepon yang baik

Exceptional boutique hotel with the owner managing her little oasis on-site. We don’t usually enjoy Ha Boi as it’s too hectic for our tastes, but this little gem made our stay relaxing. Thank you, Mia and team!

Hotel is located in the center of Old Quarter which you can go to many tourist attractions by walk. It is very close to the Hoan Kiem lake about less than 5 minutues by walk. The decoration of the room is great and nice breakfast especially Pho noodle. The staff is very friendly and one of them can speak Thai fluently and you can also leave the luggages after check out. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for vacation!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Location. Right bang in the centre of old town making it easy to walk to every tourist destination. Fantastic. ❤️ Room. Executive city view. Big and spacious with plenty of amenities. Really loved the welcome fruit and bottle of red wine. ❤️ Staff. Super friendly and really helpful and accommodating. From front desk to breakfast waiters, every staff member was attentive and cheerful.❤️ Breakfast buffet. Absolutely delicious. The made to order pho and omelettes were to die for 😋❤️ I would 100% come back here and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved the location right in the center of Old Quarter, can visit many of Hanoi interesting places just by foot. The hotel lobby, rooms, restaurantx skybar and swimming pool decoration is amazing. Confortable bed and nice breakfast. Very friendly staff and helpful as my plane was delayed, they arranged a late checkout for me. I only have 1 remark, please propose Vietnamese beer at the minibar instead of Heinekein, it is far better :) Will come back if I have the opportunity.

Mr Thanh & ms Nguyet Anh have very caring staff . They even prepared a birthday cake for one of our friends. Very impressive. Perfect memory. I will choose this hotel next time undoubtedly.

Staff was most helpful, from where to visit, where to dine to helping us book doctor appt with the hospital. Room was very cosy, excellent to have smart tv. Good quality bathroom amenities, good quality linen towels and robes. Breakfast was good. Excellent location too.

Ana and Tom were both awesome. I think I found my new hotel for all of my stays in Hanoi. Even though the city was just hit by a typhoon, they were still on time to get me at the airport, the room was amazing and they even had a hot cup of coffee waiting for me for my 5:00 am trip to the airport. Excellent service and excellent property.

All the staff from the front desk and the bellboy are really helpful and friendly, we love them! We enjoyed the welcome drinks and breakfast. However, we stayed in the hotel room can heard the voice outside the door clearly in the morning no matter what housekeeping and chatting. It is too noisy...And we cannot sleep well.

Even though it was only a one night stay at this hotel, it was an unforgettable memory. I would say, the best service that I have experienced in my frequent visit to Vietnam. Not only the facility but the hospitality extended by the staff and duty Ms. Mia let met forget about the tired trip from HCMC to Hanoi. Starting from the welcome drink to a heartfelt farewell till the taxi left for the airport, highly recommended for others. Only about 5 minutes walk from the Hoan Kiem lake and other places such as the night market or beer street makes it very comfortable for travelers. Wish you all the best.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to Beer Street, the street train and Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooftop pool and bar felt like a little oasis in the middle of busy Hanoi. The decor is beautiful and staff are so friendly and helpful. Only thing to mention for other travellers is that the room was quite small but given all the things to explore nearby this wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re planning a trip to Hanoi.

Breakfast is good but would have been better if there is more coffee selection available.
