the room was clean and location is really close to King’s cross underground station.

I was allocated to a room without windows, however it was a great experience for a business stay. The ground floor Cafe is an extra where you can work and relax in the same place. The atmosphere is really excellent!!! I will recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

I stayed there for 5 nights. I was not very pleased as they gave me the “disabled/accessible” room despite being a solo traveller. The toilet and all it’s facilities were meant for the disabled/wheelchair bound. When I approached the receptionist asking for a change in rooms, she said she could not assist me because they were fully booked. However, I did not find that acceptable given that the booking and full payment was made months ago. No effort was made to ensure that there was a vacant room I could switch to during my 5 nights there. Room service is only done if you request for it. The dinner options downstairs is very limited as well. It is fairly near King’s cross station and I would only recommend due to the location. Service needs to improve.

Great Hotel in King across Station. Hotel staff are very helpful and I highly recommend this for short stays. Breakfast was good value for the price and all day and night coffee was also a good option via the downstairs bar. Many great value restaurants in the area including an Asian Noodles place, Kebab house and a variety of pubs. Only thing I didn’t like was the way in which you need to turn the lights on via the bed head as not really convenient.

酒店靠近火車站，裝修可以，衞生也行，就是房間太小，價格偏高。提前到酒店，有房間也不給入住，交了10英鎊才給提前辦入住手續。性價比不高。

ユーロスターでパリへ移動する為に宿泊しました。駅から非常に近く、便利で部屋も広く清潔でおしゃれでした。一階にマシンがあり、フラットホワイト、カプチーノ等、コーヒーが24時間飲み放題でした。部屋に持って行くこともできました。ロンドンを訪れる際はまた宿泊しようと思います。

位置超級好，離火車站非常近非常方便。房間不算大，但乾淨夠用。周邊很多店鋪，很方便。樓下就有24小時餐廳。

위치 청결 훌륭하나, 생각보다 방이 많이 좁다. 호텔 넓은 데 찾으시는분들은 여기 비추이니 다른곳으로 더 알아보시길.

很小，窗户打不開

Both auto check in and process to activate keys were off line. So long queue to check in, particularly as each guest had to be taken up to and allowed access to their room. With only one person on desk this was taking a long time as they also had to retrieve stored luggage. This also meant everytime you left your room, say to go to get a drink from lounge, you had to queue up again to get taken back to your room. Staff said this had been ongoing for several days. Very unsatisfactory.

We were going to London to visit the friends + I just got back from another trip and London is the stop. This hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and contained great practical functions that served what we’re looking for. The bed was big and comfortable (we chose the bigger room). The staffs were very friendly. It was worth the price!

Modern hotel with small, functional rooms in a central location. I was already familiar with the Premier Inn London Kings Cross, which is only a few minutes' walk from the hub by Premier Inn London Kings Cross Hotel. St Pancras and Kings Cross train stations are in the immediate neighbourhood. There are some nice restaurants on the canal. I had booked a single room. The furnishings are very modern. Clean, functional, cosy bed with several pillows to choose from, no wardrobe but a clothes rail, air conditioning, touchscreen room control, rain shower, smart TV and free WiFi. The fact that there are also two basement floors and that many rooms - including mine - unfortunately have no windows took some getting used to. The hotel also has some accessible rooms. During the week, the hotel is incredibly overpriced due to the high demand from business travellers - like most hotels in London. The room rate is for up to 2 adults, so not a bargain for single travellers. Nice, friendly service at check-in and also in the bar and breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, typical English breakfast, yoghurt, cereal, fruit salad and orange juice - perfectly adequate for a good start to the day.

The location of the hotel was close to the train station (King's Cross) also, there's a nice place to walk around and could shop and dine in just about 9 mins walk from the hotel. The staff are friendly and always smiling. They greet you when you walk past by them. The breakfast was good. But there were limited choices for the cooked food (bacon, eggs, tomato and mushroom only -- no sausages), but there are other option for breakfast like bread and yogurt etc. The room is just the right one for us as we only need a place to sleep. It was clean and the airconditioning was good especially it was a warm day when we went there. The roll up blinds were excellent! Didn't even realise it was already 9 in the morning as it was still dark in the room when we woke up. I am very satisfied with my stay in the hub by Premier Inn at King's Cross

I’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times without issue, I love that you’re left to do your own thing and can usually check in without any interaction with staff. Our stay this time was very different, there was a catastrophic technical issue which meant we didn’t have a key to our room for the entire duration of our stay, this ruined our weekend which we had planned 1 year in advance as we were attending The Eras Tour. The hotel was very busy as it was a summer weekend and many other concert goers were staying there - the queues to get into your room were so frustrating, waiting in a queue at reception for a member of staff to escort you to your room is not good, despite them being there 24/7 there was too little staff and too many guests to accommodate in this situation. We couldn’t freely use the bathroom facilities without notifying a member of staff that we needed to go. Both myself and my partner expressed our frustration and asked what could be done to remedy the situation just to be told, ‘we are helping you’ by a member of staff who wasn’t interested. I love Premier Inn Hub hotels as they’re somewhat hi-tech and very modern, while we understood this issue was out of the ordinary, our experience was completely tarnished and the hotel we loved ended up being the worst part of our weekend.
