Ulasan Opus 16

First of all the hotel location is good. But their service is terrible! They held the party until 2am, and the music was very loud, you can feel the music penetrate to the heart. If you do not have a super strong heart, I do not recommend you stay in this hotel :( As a hotel they cannot promise the guests can have a good sleep quality at all. I argued with them at 1:30am. They said they will turn down the music and people in the party were ready to leave,but I still can hear the music till 2:30am. You can hold the activity in the hotel it is your business, but the first thing that is Don’t Disturb the Guests who Live in the Hotel! They never feel this is a problem for the guests:) Secondly, I store my backpack in the hotel and when they return, the backpack is broken! They thought it’s my problem because I put the laptop in the bag, but I always put it in the bag and never broken. It’s obviously damaged on the outside and the inside was not broken :( For all the problems, they never say sorry or offer any substantive solutions, and even blame it on the customer! This is an extremely terrible memory in Bergen!

Great location. Johi at front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was excellent. Breakfast spread could have been better. Only downside the soundproofing especially from the level above wasn’t great. Could hear kids running around till late night.

Opus 16 was absolutely wonderful! the breakfast was great, room was clean, and most outstandingly was the service - which was absolutely superb! a wonderful hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever i'm in Bergen

驚喜的酒店 市中心 早飯好吃 房間比較小別的沒毛病

位置方便，客房乾淨企理，早餐豐富，性價比非常之高，酒店在舊嘅建築裏面，但內裏裝修都古色古香，下次會再幫襯。

酒店的地理位置非常優越，非常近市中心，附近亦有商場和不同的食肆。另外，酒店嘅衛生情況非常好，房間非常舒適，員工態度非常好。如果未來有機會，我亦會選擇這間酒店作為住宿。

房間20平方米 ， 不大。 第一個晚上服務員忘了放飲用水 半夜過敏吃葯沒水喝，喝了自來水， 還好挪威的自來水是飲用級別的. 早餐有小提琴演奏 邊吃早餐邊聽 還不錯呢

房間很好，就是有點小，行李箱根本放不下

很好、很乾凈、很豪華，很温馨，住着很舒服的酒店，離附近的景點都很近，走路就可以到了，離商業街也很近，買東西很方便。

酒店很有腔調，位置不錯，卑爾根是我最喜歡的城市，去挪威縮影始發站走路7分鐘。

房間很贊，是挪威之行裏面唯二讚的酒店，晚上還送香檳、送咖啡，早上除了冷餐枱，還有其他點餐的服務！
