Great experience as a family. The staff is amazing, always concerned and always taking care of cleaness and all. The food is good and fresh. All activities are very good for a family vacation. A special thanks for Tijini , se had problems for 2 days with water in out bedrooms and we resolved with professional and always with a smile. Thanks to all the team of Iberostar and Star friends

it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were amazing; they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made our stay even more comfortable. I traveled with my elderly parents, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and kindness made a significant difference in our experience. Thank you, Iberostar Saidia for such a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.

My family and I enjoyed our holidays. First, the personal was kind and attentive. I loved the animation and the general mood of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was delicious but some times it was a little bit too crowded. The beach was majestic and beautiful! Wish I will have the change to come back again.

Thank you everyone for our wonderful stay at your hotel, my husband and I having an amazing time. The cleaning lady as from first day was superb The food at the restaurants are good! The entertainment team are excellent! Gardens and pool area are lovely! Overall we are happy with the hotel! Thank you to all Staff!

Last we went to Tunísia and this time we decided to visit Marrocos but it was a mediocre experience. First, 80% of the food is terrible, badly cooked and filled with weird smells and tastes. The hotel is starting to feel and look old, just looks cheap All around. The hygiene is very bad, everyone touched on everything in the buffet. The rooms have a weird bug repellent smell , my shower didn’t even work properly and the thing that disgusted us the most was the we found a COCKROACHE in the bathtub. After that we start to question what we eat and drink. The animation team is fun a polite. On the other hand , to many kids and people and constant annoying screaming, singing, laughing around the pool etc. Not the place to relax. Pools are big and good for kids. The outside bar is disgusting and the employe gave two cups for water that were filled with gunk on the under side. Decided to get a bootle SEALED instead. Don’t drink anything that’s not sealed. And to end my review, on the first day I caught some bacteria or food disease that kept me near the bathroom every day until the end. PS: it’s in remote place, you can’t do anything outside the hotel unless you pay for excursion who take far too long to reach the destinations (1.20h)

Pros: The staff is very nice, always smiling. The Moroccan people are great. The food was also very good, and the thematic restaurants were cool. Animation on the pools and at night is also good. Many pools, and they are great. Beach superclose. Cons: The hotel is old, and there are signs of degradation everywhere, including in the rooms. Cockroaches are also abundant, so don't go if you are terrorized by it. Forget about a shower between 19 and 20, as the flow is almost none. Internet was also weak, at least in block 3. Iberostar, please invest some $$ in recovering this hotel; it is a shame to leave it in this state.

I’ve been in Iberostar Sadia for a week with my family and some friends. The hotel is very family and kids friendly, with lots of animations by the pool and there was a party everyday. The beach is in a walking distance and there’s camels and women making henna tattoos for the tourists. I wish I was more happy about my stay but there were a few things that I didn’t liked at all. The hotel wasn’t very clean and in fact had a few cockroaches in many places. There was also a very unfortunate situation that made me regret choosing this hotel. I had a sick toddler who needed milk at night and called the reception to ask for some. They refused to bring it to the room and asked me in a very rude way to go downstairs to the bar and get the milk myself. It was very disappointing and the main reason I’m never staying at any Iberostar hotel ever again.

Sabrine Room number 1210 Sabrine was the best one to clean up our room, and she is very kind and passioners about her job. EVERYTIME we came back to the room we found it clean, and propper. The cleaning lady Sabrine is very quick to clean up the things, and we are very happy to have her as a cleaning lady for our trip!

Overall I liked my stay. The staff were all very helpful. Thank you especially to Laila, Dounia and Mido from mini and maxi club for taking such good care of the kids. The beach area was very nice. Food was good. Service from reception and cleaning was efficient and welcoming.

I recently spent my vacation at this amazing hotel in July, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met . Special shoutout to NOUHAILA , who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was another highlight of our trip; every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot!
