Hotel yang sangat bersih dengan kamar modern yang bagus. Layanan 24 jam melalui wechat untuk membantu kami dengan apa pun yang kami butuhkan. Sangat terkesan dengan layanan semua staf terutama 小管家 七月/熊大. Lokasinya dekat kota kuno, di seberang Universitas Dali sehingga ada beberapa pilihan tempat makan dasar yang bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Kamar kami berada di lantai 3 dan tidak ada lift. Staf hotel membawakan barang bawaan kami selama check-in dan check-out. Kami menggunakan layanan antar-jemput gratis ke kota kuno, semuanya berjalan baik dengan komunikasi melalui WhatsApp. Mereka juga membantu kami mengatur tur Erhai selama 1 hari. Secara keseluruhan, hotel yang dikelola dengan sangat baik. Berikut foto teh sore gratis yang lezat.

Kamar kami adalah Duplex yang sangat nyaman. Sarapannya bervariasi. Lokasinya strategis dan dekat dengan beberapa tempat untuk berfoto dan objek wisata utama - kota kuno Dali. Layanan di hotel ini sangat fantastis, salah satu staf layanan yang paling ramah yang pernah kami temui. Pada suatu kesempatan, mereka bahkan membantu memindahkan cucian kami dari mesin cuci ke pengering - kami tidak perlu menunggu untuk mencuci sendiri dan langsung tidur, mengambilnya di resepsionis, lalu keesokan paginya - yang merupakan pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan bagi kami. Pusat kebugaran hotel juga dilengkapi dengan sangat baik jika Anda perlu berolahraga untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan dataran tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan bagi kami bertiga.

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

If you’re looking for a hotel in Dali to stay, look no further and choose Luchun Hotel! Travelled with my family and we stayed at different big brand name hotels during our entire trip. However, everyone’s favourite was Luchun Hotel owing to its high service standards and quality offerings! The rooms were well furnished and homely with an overall wooden aesthetic. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious with a nice toilet. However, we would definitely say the star of the hotel is its staff! Staff were genuinely concerned about our wellbeing, checking in on how our stay was every morning and if we felt comfortable. The hotel also provided free transportation to the ancient town nearby, night time warm milk for turn down service, a good quality high tea set and even offered free gifts and water for us to bring on our journey upon checking out. Although breakfast did not offer a huge variety, the food options were of great quality and were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for Dali and would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever return!

Amazing stay ❤️ we arrived in the morning and could check in already, and throughout our whole stay, we were well taken care of, with welcome drinks, fruits, night time warm milk, and even a complimentary ride back to the train station after we checked out. We were told to add the staff on wechat, and communication was smooth and quick - they answered any questions we had, and even gave us recommendations on places to visit. The room was also great, lots of space and beautiful views of the garden downstairs. Many thanks to staffs 七月/十五 for taking great care of us during our stay!

At 2.5 km approximately from the ancient city, Dali Ancient City is a very pleasant hotel with a karge and very nice garden, and well-furnished and wide rooms. The personnel is young and attentionate. The buffet breakfast is varied, and there are many additional benefits with the booking (pickup or dropout at the station or airport, fruit yogourt and dessert welcome platter, hot milk every night, etc.) Overall, an excellent address, highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel was incredible. Special thanks to the staff members 七月, Jack, and 小魚 for their exceptional service. The hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every detail, demonstrating genuine care and attention. The location and cleanliness are also top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

It was such a pleasant and memorable stay for my family. The hotel is conveniently located near Dali hotel, and most of the visiting sites (mountain, ancient town) are within 5-10 min driving distance. Lots of food options around, convenient store. The view is great, breakfast till 10 am. The concierge (七月/kiki) assisted us to plan logistics and provided warm milk at night. Overall, I recommend the hotel to family travellers to stay if they want quietness(to be away from the extremely crowdee ancient town), convenience and great hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay here thanks to the hospitality of the staff. The rooms are a bit old but well designed. Smoke can be an issue in the rooms if that’s a concern let the hotel know in advance they’ll give you options.

Nice and clean accommodation. We had a great time here thanks to our butlers 慕雅/Kiki/小鱼. They’re all so helpful whenever we needed something. Free transport to the ancient town was provided as well! Highly recommended

Fantastic service provided by the hotel staffs especially 七月/小鱼。 Room is spacious and clean. Hotel environment is awesome as well with very nice garden. Breakfast is good. Location is good with lots of food choices to choose from. Strongly recommend people to stay. High CP value.

Excellent service: They let us check in in the morning and even offered us breakfast even though we didn't book it for that day. They also gifted us a fruit platter and warm milk at night. Unusual but cute and thoughtful. In the morning, they helped with our luggage. Very nice people, and many from the Bai ethnic minority.
