Ulasan Royal Century Hotel at LAX

These pictures are what it really looks like not the ones on the website. The bleach smell was so bad that we couldn't stay in the room until it aired out. And I'm not sure what the bleach was for because it was not clean. We would not even take our shoes off. The elevator was scary but my son in law was on crutches so we had to. The air conditioner barely worked. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel but for 150 bucks but I did expect it to at least look a little like the photos did.

Room was terrible , Bed with bed bugs after an hour, request for change of room but owner wanted to charge us extra , waited for an hour to get a room change and found out the next day was only temporary, after change room they gave u a store room which is not even ready with bed up and no matress, had 3 x room change within 2 days, Swimming pool was close and not allowed to swim. service was bad

The receptionist was really rude and not welcoming.

I was first time visit ~ It takes 20 minutes from the airport. Taxi fare is $23

As a transit accommodation near the airport, I can't expect much. It's just that the price is too expensive. There's nothing I can do about it, you're going to Los Angeles.

Welcome worthy of a romantic hotel.... The room was correct but the hotel was very noisy.

The front desk who speaks Mandarin is very friendly. The one who doesn't speak Mandarin has a bitter face throughout the whole process. He laughed happily while watching the video. He looked up at the guest and immediately slapped his face. He had a bad attitude. complaint
