Room was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground

Great breakfast buffet, lemon trees outside were nice for afternoon tea. Beware of the little terrors in the pool at night, friendly reminder why I don't want my own little gremlins running a mock.

4.5 star prices for 2.5 star property. Needs updated BAD, looks like all original 40 year old tile, paint, windows, curtains, and carpet. Find somewhere close for 1/2 the price.

The room was a nice size. The overall room seemed a little dirty. The front desk person was not really helpful or there most of the night.

Check in was given the wrong key and had to walk back, air conditioning was not working in room as it wouldn’t cool, food amenities were not good (arguably non-existent), breakfast staff was rude by just short of yelling at a lady & her kids to leave the restaurant so they could clean, just a bad hotel experience overall… won’t be returning to that property.

Close to downtown Phoenix, ASU and the shopping districts.
The breakfast was amazing with the made to order omelets!!
Staff were super friendly and helpful

Property was excellent except they charged $10 to park in their parking lot! That's ridiculous!!

Property shows its age as well as the furniture carpeting is outdated. The staff is helpful and friendly. breakfast this morning was amazing and Fred made sure that all our needs were met.

Our stay was great from check in to check out. Front desk staff was so nice and polite. And the room/bed was comfortable. Will definitely come back

The shower faucet didn’t work.
The room was dirty and it was some jelly on the ground next to the bed.
I asked for a room to not facing Al the freeway but they said they are not going to change my room.

The stay was really nice I enjoyed the nice staff, the great breakfast. The rooms were very clean and provided everything I needed to be comfortable. I will stay here again when I travel to Arizona!

You guys of ******* need to do a better job. During booking you showed free breakfast, free parking and free Wi-Fi network. During checking in they didn't mention anything about parking fee they showed the open parking lot but during checkout they mentioned that they will charge $10.33/night. This unacceptable, you sale offering free parking and then you allow the hotel to charge parking fee. I felt cheated. You got to be honest upfront about all the fees. Next onwards I need think whether I should do any reservations using *******.
