Double ground floor room very small, couldn't even walk round the bed. Shower screen was broken. Restaurant wasn't open so had to go into city for food. Lots of building works going and have been since March this year apparently. Not a very good experience at all

Good but not 4 stars . Breakfast was great . And bathroom was nice but uncomfortable beds and old linens. Also the walls were dirty in the room.

Double rooms are very small! I booked two double rooms directly via phone and arrived late at night- neat 19:30. Hotel gave me 2 rooms and I was surprised that double bed into each room is 140 sm wide, too small bed for 2 people, rooms were too small! "It was too late to make changes, all hotel is full" said me reception man. But in the same time there was free rooms into ***********. Second: Big problem was that one of the rooms were not equipted with soap, shampoo and body lotions! I sais that at reception and the only gave a siap, but not a bosy lotion and shampoo. Third: With sure it is Not a 4-star hotel, app.3-star hotel. But in same time you pay for a 4-star hotel as in Munich for example! It is too expensive and I will not repeat. Forth: Breakfast is simple. Fifth: There is a construction of a new bulding for the hotel, si noise in SATURDAY starts from 09:00 in the morning! That is disrespectful to the tourists! Sixth: Rooms smell on cigarette smoke! Awful.

There’s a construction works in the hotel that no one warns you about before or during the checkin. We’ve stayed for 2 nights and we’ve been woken up each morning at 7 am by machines working on site. Not only this but machines been working all day including midday so no one could rest during the day either.
Receptionist was rude enough to asks me to pay extra for late check out even though we had the most terrible experience.

Muy mal. Llegue a eso de las 20:00 pregunte por la cena y me dijeron que no habia restaurante, solo desayuno. El hotel completamente alejado de todo. La habitacion nada del otro mundo. No volvere.
