The hotel's location isn't ideal for the city center, being a 25-minute walk away with no nearby public transport. However, there are discounts on Uber rides."

"Due to a flight, I arrived in the middle of the night. I was unaware that check-in was until 10pm, so I apologize for the inconvenience, but you were able to show me to my room and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. The entrance was very dark and there was no sign (or maybe I just couldn't find it?), so it took me a while to find it... But if I had gotten there earlier, it might not have been a problem. It was a Saturday night, and I was in the center of Zagreb, with clubs nearby and trams that run until late, in a city that never sleeps, so it might have been perfect to check in early and go out and have fun!!"
