The room was very small with a tiny shower room/ bathroom that there was barely enough room to stand let alone dry yourself in. The shower head holder did not stay in position so had to be held, shower curtain was old and unplesant, water went all over the bathroom floor. There was no hairdryer."

Although the room is small, it has a small pantry where you can cook simple meals, which is a great plus! Starting the day with a cup of rich coffee and a croissant before heading out for your day's activities is indeed an excellent choice!"

Karena tidak ada cara untuk mematikannya, saya pergi ke resepsionis untuk meminta kamar baru - tidak ada seorang pun di resepsionis. Saya menekan bel, tidak ada yang datang, jadi saya kembali ke kamar dan mencoba tidur dengan AC terpasang. Secara keseluruhan, pengalamannya 1/5 dan bukan sesuatu yang pernah saya alami di Premier Inn lainnya. Buruk dan tidak akan menginap lagi."

"My main concern about this hotel stay was the towels in the room; almost every single one had hair and dirty marks. The faucet had to be turned on manually because the pull rod directly opposite it was completely unusable. Slippers and toothbrushes can be requested from the front desk. It would have been perfect if the cleaning staff had cleared the cobwebs near the window and ensured the towels were clean. Also, the room was on the 5th floor, requiring an elevator ride to the third floor and then climbing two more flights of stairs. The front desk staff were quite patient, though."
