辦理入住前後四十分鐘，前台態度很不好，不解決問題，第二天也沒有打掃衞生，唯一的好處就是距離火車站近，不是很推薦

日本のアパ、東横みたいな感じで普通のビジホです

還不錯，和目的地很近。

跟朋友到約克，定了兩間房，工作人員一直在幫忙調整。很nice。位置環境也超級贊

Stayed at blossom street south for one night on good Friday 18th of April, once checked in quickly got changed and headed out for the day, got back to the room at around 10pm and had a cuppa watched tv for a short time, then when we tried to settle down for the night all we could hear was a constant humming noice which appeared to be coming from an extraction unit on the roof directly outside the window of the room this resulted in myself and my husband having very little sleep whatsoever, complained to the lad on reception on check out and was given a card to contact customer relations which was a complete waste of time they were not interested whatsoever so beware if you are allocated room 115

We have stayed in many Premiere Inns but I would never stay in the York Blossom Street North/South again. We stayed in this hotel for one night, 29th December, never again. The room was okay, smelt of chlorine, pretty basic and worn. The breakfast was disgusting and when I spoke to the manager, she blamed the North Blossom street hotel for not sending the correct list detailing customers who had booked breakfast. Had to queue to get a table (approximately 15 minutes) then queued for over 30 minutes for breakfast with limited options (nothing there) and what was there was under cooked. It was disgusting. Even had to wait 10 minutes for a tea bag so I could make a cup of tea.

The staff were helpful and friendly! We had a quiet room away from the road side – So we had a good night's sleep in a comfy bed. I'm disabled, and the staff found me a table close to the breakfast bar, so it made it easier for me to get my breakfast Ideal location - just a short walk from the train station.

Stayed in a Premier Plus room, definitely would recommend for the facilities and worth the additional cost, we also paid to have early check in and it was only £70 in total for a Sunday night. Spacious room, coffee machine, comfy chair and amazing walk in shower. All Premier Plus rooms were on the same floor. Great location, just outside the city walls easy access into York and 5 minutes to the train station.

Room was a nice size comfortable bed very clean great bathroom with shower, Close to the station and race course with in easy reach of the town centre the only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Will book again it suited us down to the ground.

Booked Premier Plus room but it was small and tired looking. Basically no service unless you asked for something. We did ask for towels to be changed on 3rd morning but had to ask again in the evening as nothing had been done. Wet towels were left on toilet floor for whole stay as there was no heated towel rail. Nespresso pods not replenished and had to pick up milk and tea or coffee ourselves each night. This was the poorest Premier Inn we've stayed in.

Can someone in a management position sort out the problems with breakfast at this hotel? While we ate our cold belated food we could only feel sorry for the over worked few staff trying their best to keep serving meals as the hot buffet was broken. The word shambles comes to mind not just the street in York either. Room was OK, a/c worked, good hot shower no issue with cleanliness. Street noise noticeable. 5 mins walk to station. Wouldn't stay again.

Room smelt like sweat the minute we walked in, food was slopped on a plate and took ages to come since the hot plate was broken. There was no bowls left so couldnt have fruit or cereal, no nutella or any pastries like pancakes, pain au chocolat, and they were extremely understaffed. I will not be coming back here.

All the good features we associate with Premier Inn - spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, very reasonable price, good meal deal, made even better by brilliantly helpful and pleasant service at a very busy time (special mention to the amazing Emma!). We'll be back!

Stayed in a family room. Room was very clean and comfortable. On arrival, we received a box of chocolates and a welcome card from the team, lovely touch. The beds were clean and comfortable. At one point, the room was chilly the heater warmed it up promptly. Room was quiet and we managed to get a restful sleep. I don’t understand how people can complain about noise when you have booked a ‘city centre’ hotel😂. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty available despite it being extremely busy. I would recommend this hotel it’s close to everything you need and a short walk from attractions.
