Good. Location is close to train/bus station. 3 mins walk. Booking contains breakfast.

We had a bad night at Aris. We were bitten by bedbugs and had to leave the hotel in a rush. We did not get breakfast and we did not intend to go there again but our next booking was not cancelled. Very bad experience. We will take this mater further.

We only had one day in Sofia. We arrived by bus and the hotel was a very easy 10 minute walk from the bus station. It is also very close to the city center by metro.

I don’t like to do this types of critiques but the hotel, at least our room isn’t like the photos and more, the room it’s not clean, the beds aren’t made, the paper toilet it’s not replaced, it’s impossible to take two baths in a row because The shower was clogged and after several requests it remained the same. The people are not nice …

The hotel is in the back streets of Sofia at least 45 mins walk to the city centre so not in the centre as the advertising suggests. The staff are about as interested as a dead fish. Room was ok , bathroom when you took a shower (which was great and powerful ) leaked all over the bathroom. Tv didn’t work and when we spoke to reception we were told I’m not an engineer. Breakfast was a very poor quality, there was no juice from the Monday to Friday. No milk on 3 of the days. So all in all I would not recommend or return.

This is far from a quality hotel. The staff are totally uninterested in you. The greating is non existence. Rooms are small old and in need of a complete make over. At best this is 1* star hotel. Breakfast is very very basic. Area and location is not recommended

I wouldn’t book here again. Two nights was more than enough for me. The hotel is dated. The pictures on the website and tripadvisor are a decade old. There are no facilities in the room to make a hot drink but I was furnished with three dirty glasses that looked liked they’d be there since they first opened. There was a mini fridge and to my surprise, it worked. The door to the shower was broken so the tiled bathroom was soaking wet each time I had a shower. There is no slip mat provided. The shower was unable to drain effectively creating a paddling pool - images included - I dread to think of what was clogging it up. Some toiletries were provided so I suppose that’s something. I had a tv but no remote. Wifi was switched at 11:30…WHY? Why would a hotel do this? The lift is on its last legs so you take your chances there. I generally took the stairs unless I was emboldened enough by alcohol to take the risk. I went down for breakfast one day. Took one look at it and decided to eat out. The hallways have a very peculiar aroma. Like someone has tried to clean something with a dirty cloth. I encountered three members of staff. 2 were as miserable as sin, the other seemed to have some idea of what it takes to work in hospitality.

Avoid! Before the pandemic we stayed at this hotel, now two years after our last visit we had unpleasant surprises. The hotel has two buildings located almost face to face on the same street. We booked on booking an apartment. We called for confirmation and also to ask if the parking space is reserved, knowing the appetite of our southern neighbors for a little tricks. They confirmed the room and the parking space. We arrived at the location, a "polite" young Bulgarian appeared at the parking barrier and asked us for 10 euros to park, and if possible to pay "cash". Parking on the street is also for a fee, 1 euro per hour but a maximum of 3 hours for parking. At the reception another unpleasant surprise, they offered us a double room, instead of an apartment, at the same price but with breakfast included. We went up to look at the room and found that they had a fan instead of air conditioning! I canceled and left the location. People were being stolen!

Se andate, per una notte va bene. Pulizia: inesistente Assistenza: dove? Le persone che lavorano li sembrano quasi inesistenti Stanza: manco il letto o una spazzata a terra o la carta igienica rifornita Io, mio marito e mio figlio abbiamo soggiornato in hotel a maggio 2024, 3 notti, a prima vista, si vedeva che c’era polvere in stanza, si sentiva anche… In bagno puzza di fogna e l’acqua calda puzzava nel vero senso della parola. Avrei voluto fotografare tutto, ma erabo troppe cose veramente. La prima notte arrivammo tardo pomeriggio quindi la stanza era pronta, ma come gia detto la polvere c’era, tazze e bollitori cn strato di polvere sopra ; la seconda un letto “fatto”, non avevano neanche passato un aspirapolvere o una scopa e non ci aveva rifornito i bagnoschiuma e carta igienica; la terza volta, ne letti fatto, ne niente e manco la carta igienica, cestini pieni e cn un bambino di 18 mesi ci lascio immaginare poi i pannolini… Non sapevamo dove buttare le cose… stavamo nella polvere, sembrava mille anni che si faceva l’ora del check out. La zona a livello di spostamenti e tutto è ottima, ma la zona, la traversa lascia un po a desiderare. NON CONSIGLIO!

La stanza piccola, sottotetto con pavimento fatiscente, tenda rotta, federa strappata, tv senza telecomando, bollitore sporco. Abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca, quando abbiamo chiesto di pulirla si sono limitati solo a rifare il letto, (solo una volta) in quattro giorni di permanenza non hanno mai pulito ne cambiato la biancheria. Colazione scarsa, la macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante. La struttura esterna non male, posizione non lontana dal centro. Personale inadeguato

Номер был хорошенький и очень уютный с балконом . На балконе похоже не убирали , стол был тоже чем то залит с прилипшей пылью , полотенца с дырами и только по одному . Тапочек и халатов тут нет , пришлось на второй день в Теранове купить пижаму , в футболке замерзла . Чайник и чашки есть , ложек, чая и кофе нет , пришлось купить . Вторую ночь проснулись от вони канализации ( вспомнила запах жд вокзала во Львове туалетов) , лифт ездит через раз , плесень на потолке в ванной . Так вот решили спать с открытым окном , вонь была невыносимая , естественно утром бежали в аптеку за градусником и таблетками от простуды . На рецепции всегда никого нет , на завираке был плесневый сыр . У всех выражение лица , вроде люди их достали . Wi fi только на рецепции , что центр города пишут -это бред , 4-5 остановок трамвая к центру . Когда покупала смотрела отзывы на букинге , а когда начала потом мониторить Гугл и тут так обалдела . Постель меняли 1 раз , туалетную бумагу пришлось просить . Ну, вообщем велком в 20 лет назад за острыми ощущениями .

Pessima esperienza, pulizia inesistente e troppa puzza di fumo nelle camere, nessun cambio lenzuola e pulizia giornaliera, condizionatore troppo rumoroso e personale scorbutico, ma soprattutto nessuna soluzione ai problemi presentati!!!! Sconsigliato
