The staff welcomed my daughter and I . They were efficient, professional and so friendly. They upgraded my room and gave my baby slippers and kids amenities. The room was superb. Clean , beautiful, the interior is relaxing . The bathroom is modern and stylish. The location of the hotel is near the D2 wensan Road metro exit. There’s a Starbucks opposite the hotel . There are cool robots to help with deliveries inside the hotel. They also gave me warm bottled water before I left the hotel to go outside .Overall i recommend this hotel , I personally would love to visit this hotel again. Special mention of the lady who assisted me at check in on 27 December evening. She was so kind and helpful.staff like this are the reason we want to keep visiting this brand.

Check-in after 2 o'clock is also very smooth. The air conditioning in the room is powerful. It is a bit hot to sleep at night. The room window can be ventilated to the outside.
