Celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary at the Queen’s Hotel. Situated in a great place close to bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and they serve a good cold beer and wine at the bar!

Our room was noisy from outside vans delivering as we had the window open for some fresh air. No hot water at peak times. The breakfast was great, and the staff friendly. We will go again as it's central to everything

A lovely stay again at the Queens Hotel, was even able to check in early as our room was ready. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Mislead re room (beds) peeling enamel in bath, no hot water on leaving day, room really hot could only open window 4 inches

The need to book slot for breakfast is inconvenient to quest who has your or train to catch and could not eat in time especially if it is fully booked by a tour group. Also earliest breakfast slot at 7.15 am is too late, other repueale hotel has breakfast as early as 6 am.

Very central could do with some updates in rooms but will definately stay there again

Room is a bit dated, but clean and bed is comfy. Wish there is an outlet near the bed

Luggage storage is simply a public corner with no security at all. My luggage put there before check-in had someone tried to open it. Would be good stay except for this. Nice breakfast.
