Ulasan Orange Fruit Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley, Tonghuimen Metro Station)

The hotel is easily found, just opposite the Tonghuimen Metro, Exit C. Hotel is squeakily clean and provides all necessary amenities. Bonus point: They will help to do your laundry for free! Wash, dry & fold! Breakfast is good and they provide unlimited bottled water. The hotel is also just walking distance to People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alley. Definitely recommend everyone to stay in Orange Hotel whenever you’re traveling to Chengdu.

I would say i picked this hotel is my smart move. The location excellent! MRT train station nearby within 5-10 mins walking distance. The train line (line2) can go direct to Taikuli and Chun Xi Road where the climbing panda and 3d tv is. Travel to one end of this line 2 can change to Dujiangyan. Hence the location is convenient for using local public transport. Few places of attractions nearby - Wide Narrow Alley, Renmin Park, Kuixinlou Street. Local eateries opposite or nearby this hotel. You can have cheap n good local food by crossing the road. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They have done up a short map indicate how to travel from the hotel. They are resourceful and able to advise you how and where to the places of interest. This is first hotel I encountered their laundries are free. You can morning time pass them your dirty clothings and collect back at night. The cleaners of my room very understanding and observant. I have bought extra mineral bottles from convenient shop. In the next few days, they gave us extra mineral water for us to consume. I like to thanks the reception staff 三毛； 李骏宇 n 邹登清. They have given us lots of advises and help during our stay. So many good feedback on the hotel, here are some design issues on the hotel 1. There is no lightings in the staircase. Can’t imagine when there is emergency situation in the night, not sure how to see the route fo escaping. 2. The toilet design lack of consideration. No clothes hanger on the wall. The sharp edge of the shower side will make you painful if your feet accidentally hit on it. I think the interior designer of the hotel room needs to wake up that not to focus just on outlook, also to deep look into the practical use. Written by Fok - 17-25 April stayed at Fruit Hotel.

Lovely place. Near Kuanzhai Alley. Free laundry services. The receiptionist very attententive to customer needs. Can't ask for more. If I come again, I will stay at this place.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. They also gave us a free upgrade for our hotel room. Breakfast was superb! Would love to stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location is near Tonghuimen station line 2, you could use exit C or 6. Room is clean and spacious enough. Reception staff helpful and friendly although no english speaking staff but our check in was fast and without any problem. Kuanzhai Alley just 5 - 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We appreciated Tv channel with english channel although quite limited. Will be stay here again when we visit Chengdu in the future.

This Hotel lobby counter staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave you advice on place to eat and visit. Hotel and room was clean and well maintain. Laundry was provided free of charge, there is a basket in the room. Dirty clothes just put in the basket bring it down when going out in the morning and collect it when you return in the evening, They will wash for you. Although is near to the main road, it was not noisy. Hotel is very near Line 2 metro station and also 300m to 成都宽窄巷子.

It was great to stay here as a couple. When we arrived they gave us a free upgrade to a room that was 10m2 larger which included a bathtub. The metro was about 4 minutes walk away, which made it very convenient to access most tourist locations. They also had a free laundry service which was completed in the same day. They also give us free waters everyday. The staff were very helpful when we had questions and we would happily stay here again :)

The hotel is at a very convenient location with 3 mins walk to the metro station. The room is nice and clean and very functional. The free supper was delicious and appreciated, the staff will deliver it to your room! The front desk staff, 小梁 was very helpful and always make sure that we are taken care of. I will highly recommend this hotel and will come back !

Clean hotel, u also can laundry your clothes for free, and you can get more Xtra water bottle for free,, location is near with metro and Kuanzhai alley can get there by foot estimated 5 mins, staff can't speak English fluent but they are quite friendly.

Very good location and staff services are 5 stars. Breakfast selection are good. They even serve supper at night. Never experienced that before.

Great centralized location, thoughtful room amenities, average room size, clean. Hotel provides free self service laundry cleaning and drying.
