Ulasan Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel and Towers

The location is good, close to the station and we can see the station view from our room.

Good staff and great location!! Helpful concierge service and good restaurant for breakfast!

Very convenient location - Hotel is linked to the Yokohama station and shopping area (e.g. Takashimaya). It is very convenient to get to Haneda airport by train (keikyu) and limousine bus (Ycat) which are at the Yokohama station. The breakfast was very good too! However, the indoor pool (sports club) is only for adults so this was disappointing for our kids.

Based on the pricing the room size was too small. Convenience since it’s above Yokohama train station else not worth the price.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street. The hotel room is reasonably big, well-equipped and maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would like to thank Miyazaki san. My wife was sick and Miyazaki san offered great help in looking for English English-speaking medical doctor for her. Miyazaki san sent us a message to follow up with my wife's health and offer room service for breakfast. It was really helpful and touching.

Big hotel with decent good size rooms right next to Yokohama train station which is directly corrected by an underpass. The breakfast is excellent with many varieties and tasty. I shall definitively stay here again when opportunities arise.

Love this hotel. Great location with B1 passage way linked to Yokohama station. Ease of travelling. Its also linked to Sogo, Takashima, Joinus and Sky Mall. Walking distance … and you can find popular store, such as Pokemon Centre, The Disney Store and Kiddly Land here..

Repeated stay for business management. No complain. Nice room. Good location.

該酒店位置太好了，就在橫濱站西口對面，可從橫濱站B1中央通道朝西口走幾分鐘，左側通道即是酒店B1入口。另外從高𡷊屋二樓也有連廊通向酒店。酒店客房儘管使用已有些時間，但保養尚可，功能齊全。早餐也有日本特色。很是喜歡。酒店交通方便，除火車，地鐵，酒店和橫濱站中間地帶就是橫濱站西口交通樞紐。

橫濱喜來登的位置太好了，就在橫濱站西口正對面，出了站坐電梯上天橋直通酒店，還連着高島屋，方便極了，酒店服務態度也很好，整體非常滿意

這家酒店很方便 酒店裡麪餐廳的水準很好 非常好吃 只是內部設施比較舊 攜程的服務人員和酒店服務都很好

從JR可以直接走到酒店B1，對面高島屋，一邊就是有度八喜，車站裡的生活超市和生鮮超市很方便～橫濱最愛的酒店

當我踏入酒店的那一刻，就被其大氣而優雅的氛圍所吸引。寬敞明亮的大堂，精緻的裝飾和周到的服務人員，都給人留下了極為深刻的第一印象。 房間的佈置十分舒適温馨，床鋪柔軟，各類設施一應俱全，且都維護得極好，可以欣賞到橫濱的部分美景。酒店的服務堪稱一流。從前台到客房服務，每一位工作人員都熱情友好、專業高效，總是能及時迴應並滿足我的各種需求，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。酒店的地理位置也極具優勢，周邊交通便利，出行方便，同時也能輕鬆到達許多景點和商業區域。 總之，橫濱喜來登酒店在各個方面都表現出色，給我帶來了極其愉悦的住宿體驗。
