Friendly staff. Have fun, hotel is in a great location, connected to the Underground and Shopping mall. Close to Primark and Wetherspoon.

I actually got a really big room at the end of the corridor which is sooo lucky!! I can see the normal room is small but as small. Shower is good have hot water and also shampoo and body wash provided. They do provide toothbrushes and paste and etc if u forgot them. The breakfast is standard, nothing fancy but it is free of charge.

This was my second time to stay here - it’s just so convenient for London. With Westfield within walking distance as well as Hammersmith with all its shops it’s a great location. The staff were helpful and polite. We needed a replacement hairdryer and they came with one within five minutes. Being an Express, breakfast is included, which was everything you could want with a great choice of hot and cold items. Just avoid the rooms above the main entrance as people tend to gather there to smoke or talk on their phones which can be noisy.

The stay at this Hotel was perfect, it's great value for the money spent. Hammersmith station is nearby, on the Picadilly line which goes to the center quickly and also open at night on weekend (but it's zone 2 so pay a bit more). The room is well furbished, it's a renovated old building, some details are a bit rough (the toilet is a little clunky) but these are really just tiny details. The breakfast was very nice, big and complete, and good quality ingredients. The service was also extremely caring and gentle. Definitely recommended

Decent location and less than 10 minutes to subway stations, with plenty of restaurants around. The hotel room is a bit small and not suited for traveler with too many luggage. Included breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Hotel location is very convenience and easy to find. The area is very close to shopping area; IKEA and Lidl just a few min. walking distance. Lots restaurants around. Also, very close to Hammersmith Bridge where is a nice place to watch the beautiful sunset! Hotel breakfast was basic but hot and fresh! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Highly recommended and will definitely return again!

attitude of staffs can be better, not that helpful indeed ,no sufficient amenities provided like slippers, can have better choices of hotel with that price
