A great stay overall. Good value for money, staff is professional, helpful and main good customer service levels. I would book it again and will recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel. Location is good. Near Kartal port. We traveled to Buyuk Ada island from there. Breakfast is perfect. Room was very clean. Recommended!

beautiful sea view hotel room. But breakfast could have been better. hotel was clean. staff was helpful, but make sure you have turkish lira to pay. Otherwise, they will rip you off in dollars/euros. You have to pay extra for even extra water. All we got free was 4 cups of water for 4 adults, and through out the day you have to pay more if you ask for extra water or tea/coffee. train station was 5 mins walk away and direct train of 30 mins to blue mosque or other attractions near by.

Location is convenient. Value for money. Front Desk service is good. Ms Goler, the Reception officer is very kind & helpful.. We have a problem with the online booking for airport transfer at the last minute & she assisted us to call the vendor on behalf to check & solved our issue. 👍

The location is so accesible to anything. The view is amazing. The room is spacious and well designed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. But the breakfast does not match with that beautiful hotel. They don't lose anything if they raise the quality of food. Even they can raise the prices if they see that as major expense. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Italian cooking.
