The room is pretty clean but a fews old stain spots.  Excellent location there are many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Also there are a large spaces for parking.

The staff here is very helpful and the room is clean. They provided a cool water to the customer I’d a good idea for the CM weather.

Located within walking distance of many coffee shops and massage parlors. The friend massage parlor across from the hotel is excellent. The room seems a bit small. No electric water kettle and fridge is not like a fridge. The breakfast buffet is better than I thought.

The provide a very cozy room, clean and quite spacious for two persons. Staffs are friendly too. The location is near to supermarket and restaurants. Recommended for your short stay in Chiang Mai.

Stayed in R-109 when we checked in. Safety box was out of battery, air-con was not cold, heater of the shower was not functioning. The staffs took prompt actions on resolving these problems. Instead of fixing one after another, they just changed and upgraded the room for us. Staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by lots of coffee shops, massages, restaurants and convenient stores. Easy to access to these places by walking. Swimming pool was nice, coming with couple of sun beds. I didn’t have the breakfast, but I saw plenty of selections on the food counter. I would recommend these hotel in a reasonable price, if you are planning to stay in Nimman, Chiang Mai.

Reasonable price for a budget hotel on Nimman road. Superb location. Hallway is too narrow that noise can be heard when the maid is working.

Hotel is small but it is very cute. It is situated at the heart of nimman area. The place is easy to find food or bar. Good stay.

Counter staffs is friendly. Breakfast is very basic. Restaurant is walking distance within the one set back is the Room too small no table..

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and service from reception staff was always friendly. The bed was comfy and the sheets clean. There is free drinking was and 24hr tea and coffee available which is a big plus. The breakfast was also nice and although I didn’t get to try the pool it looked in great condition with a nice area around to relax. Overall great value for money.
