This hotel is in an excellent location, not too far from the airport or the centre but still quiet. The staff are helpful and efficient, and their was a good choice of food. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. The hotel spa has an impressive range of amenities, and creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

Booked this hotel just because it is "Grand" and it live up to it's name. Never expect them to have concierge which is a rare sight in Europe. Perhaps we had been staying at cheap hotels, haha. But this hotel is not expensive considering the luxury of the room, the size of the bed, toilet even has a bidet and the view of the hotel back yard is pleasant

The hotel has repeatedly promised to refund （the wrong charges）, but has not refunded them yet. The hotel has very shameful behavior and brings shame to Hamburg hotels. Let the guests think that this hotel is hungry. … The senior management of the Elysee Hotel Hamburg should improve the quality of the hotel.

酒店地處安靜高尚區域，衞生間寬大，設施完善，前台服務非常好。大堂的幾家餐廳均非常出色，尤其那家意大利餐廳，大蝦意麪味道好極了，色拉也非常好，價格合理，週末居然有小樂隊演奏，讓人驚喜。門口還有city tour bus 站，方便遊客。去漢堡，就住這家酒店了。

房間大小一般，設施也老了。 衹是維護的可以。公園房間就是個概念 樓下本身就是公共綠化。

Perfekte Lage, sehr schönes 5 Sterne Hotel mit allem Komfort. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten bieten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Spa-Bereich mit großen Indoor Pool lässt ebenfalls nichts vermissen. Für mich eines der besten Hotels in Hamburg.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Grand Elysée Hamburg. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Spa-Bereich (inkl. Familienzeiten), einen unglaublich netten Service, geräumige Zimmer und ein sehr, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Besonders die schöne Weihnachtsdeko machte unseren vorweihnachtlichen Kurzurlaub perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

房間太舊了 浴室還可以 位置也不錯 在公園旁邊 離車站也近 水衹免費提供一瓶 住一晚上就不想呆了 不過沒有試Spa泳池
