The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

Very new hotel. Easy check-in and check-out. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and polite. Location was good, near to a supermarket and lots of food choices.

New hotel near Yokohama Station, better than Sheraton I would said! Room size bigger and the rate is lower than what I paying in Sheraton. Definitely my first choice hotel when visiting Yokohama now.

Room is big and spacious, with 3 bed separated bath and toilet. No bottle water provided in the room. Near the train station and very convenient, Takashimaya is just and the station. Car rental is nearby as well. Is less than 1hr by train from Haneda airport. Kose facial amenities are provided in the room.

Excellect location. Easy access to MRT station. Easy walk to shoppings and many others. Hotel is modern and upscale. Room is good size for one, since I booked a single double room.

Brand new hotel with everything in great condition. Everything was perfect and super value for money considering what you get. I booked a corner room with a great view, which even had a washing machine in the room.

Newly opened so expect that everything is new and fresh. We got the corner suite, which was a bonus. We loved how big the room is and situated very close to the shopping malls and railway. Recommended!!

在日本半夜把警察喊來解決 無語到我一定要來寫一條評價 看到有十倍積分定的，結果沒想到這麼無語 首先，我在攜程預訂的房間是21平米，入住房間我沒拍，但是連我28寸行李箱都打不開，浴室沒有浴缸就一個人站的地方，轉身都困難，廁所🚽像禁閉室，剛開始就是覺得21平挺大的，所以才訂的，因為我本人有三個行李箱，我有時候真的不知道我定這個酒店是來旅遊的還是來坐牢的。網站訊息錯誤 2，我朋友有半邊身體躺在床上，結果馬上就過敏了，都是紅疹子，喊了酒店前台來，前台不會英語一直用翻譯器翻譯，我的訴求就是換房，要不就是當著我的麪換床單，由於我行李很多，所以我想要同一個樓層的房間。説不能確定是不是因為在他們酒店過敏的要讓我們去醫院花錢開證明。就只有半邊接觸到床單的手臂是過敏的。 酒店前台説這個樓層沒有相同房型的房間一定要給我換到樓下去，我就問那不同房型有嗎？他説都沒有了。 3，工作人員態度極差。他説那就給我換床單，結果他把我的床單新的直接放在旁邊的沙發上面，鋪被子的時候直接把我的被子抖到地板上，誰還敢睡啊？？還一直笑，語氣陰陽怪氣，我拍了照照片作為證據不小心拍到一個員工的臉，他説我侵犯他私隱權還報了警，我把圖片重新截圖就衹保留了他們的背影説還是不行 4，中途攜程客服一直幫忙聯繫酒店，酒店一直不接，我衹好問工作人員酒店經理電話工作人員百般阻攔就是不肯給，最後給了，説不能直接告訴我，他説要他念我寫？？？ 5，安全堪憂。經理答應我換房，結果酒店員工一直不肯給我新的房卡，最後是警察來了，酒店員工不情不願換了房，還叫來了他們的男性朋友（可能）帶上他們自己的工卡就站在警察旁邊一直盯着我們看，我們問他在看什麼，為什麼不走，他就不説。最後我們跟警察説我們很害怕，為什麼他一直盯着我們看警察才讓他走的？？？ 人生第一次在國外叫警察 牛！

整體入住感覺很好，早餐很贊。一連住了5天，菜品沒有更換，略覺得單調。從車站出來找對出口的話，其實很近，坐電梯上二層，然後走過街天橋，就直接到酒店了

本人和安排入住最高樓層，能夠俯瞰鐵道環境，但非常安靜，房間設有洗衣機，非常方便本人清洗衣服。環境寬敞，而且浴室乾淨衛生，性價比非常之高。期待下次再有機會入住！ 唯一可惜的是健身室設施有限，如果有更多設施，並且在每層樓層增設飲水機，就更加好
