Ulasan Peerless Hotel Kolkata

Peerless Inn is a dirty and unkept hotel that is not up to international standards. The pictures are from opening day perhaps and does not reflect the reality. With the saving grace of a particular receptionist everything else was a disaster. The dusty rooms from the “new” addition building was not an upgrade. Please reconsider to the JW Marriott or Royal Bengal

場所的に悪かったのと、あまり清潔感は感じられなかった。次回の宿泊はちょっと考えたいと思う。レストランの夕食でもアラカルトメニューが選べなかったのもマイナス点。

I came for a business trip and stayed here for a day. It is a pleasant stay here. The room was near and clean. The service is good. Had a feast here and the food is amazing. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. This hotel is highly recommended.

Now I am at hotel peerless in India. There are very nice service. and nice to stay here and very comfortable in this hotel.overall its was my great experience after stsying this hotel the location wise its wss very nice its situated in a peoper locstion at esplsnd area nice stay

The room service was too Poor. I have deposited the key at 04.00 PM in the afternoon and requested to remove the dishes and clean the room but to our utmost hock when we return after 03 hours the room was still not cleaned. Again we requested to for the same but no one came to clean the room in next 01 Hour more. We then itself cleaned the room and removed the plates. The service was very poor and below standard.

It's good the ambience & behaviour of staff nice stay overall it's was my great experiences after staying the hotel it was situated a very nice location nice to meet with some new staffs as l am a monthly customer l visit this hotel for some official work but it's was overall nice

nice stay overall me and family enjoyed a lot after staying this peerless hotel nice to meet with some new members after staying the hotel services are also cery nice all staffs members sre well behaved and cooperative in nature the food are also cery nice and tasty

I loves this hotel I stay in this since 2010 all staff and all hotel worker is very good.food and breakfast cleaning service and miss srouti GR guest relation and front office is very good behaving and very responsive so I sequst to all frien plz when u come Kolkata u stay in peerless thanks

Overall it’s was a great experience after staying this hotel me and my wife enjoyed a lot the hotel was situated in a prime location that were we can get everything after step out from the hotel all the staffs members are very nice and well cooperative nice to meet them

Already stated that there are some correctives to be taken by management, there is no exhaust in bathroom, so entire rooms are without exhaust. Menu Card in hard copies would make more handy, the items in the list is very limited, there should be more Indian/ Bengals ethnic items which I believe would make it interesting & acceptable

Bad service. From check in to check out all the steps were flawed. First we were told that we could not get the room. Then in the room we found that TV was not functioning properly and when we asked the staff to come they sent some novice who wasted almost 30-45 mins but could not fix the problem. AC of the room was not cooling properly. We asked the staff to fix it. They came and checked and told us that it has been fixed but it was same as before. As a result we had to stay in a uncomfortable room. Only thing good was the breakfast. Rest of the services were very bad and it is not expected in a '4 star hotel'!! Money wasted!!
