Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Rabat Sheherazade

Lokasi nyaman dan dekat dengan tempat wisata, namun di kawasan lama, fasilitas hotel sudah tua, makanan rata-rata, dan sikap petugas pelayanan baik. Jika Anda ingin menghemat uang, hotel jelas merupakan pilihan yang baik.

Kecuali letak geografis yang merupakan nilai plus, selebihnya merupakan pengurangan. Tidak ada seorang pun di meja depan ketika saya check in, jadi saya harus menunggu setidaknya sepuluh menit. Apalagi hidangan dingin untuk sarapan pagi (irisan jeruk atau produk daging fermentasi) sepertinya mengandung mikroba.

此店客房，雖室囿逼仄，然麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。床榻被褥纖塵不染，盥洗器物潔凈如新，窗明幾凈，纖芥無遺，衞生之態可圈可點。店家所供早餐，品類尚豐，粥糜甘滑，餅餌酥脆，足以果腹怡情。 交通之便，誠為一絕。臨通衢而接驛道，公車地鐵環伺左右，商旅出行、訪勝探幽皆便捷無礙。至於房內陳設，匠心獨運，置物架、充電座、應急燈等細微之處皆有考量，足見其思慮周全。 然服務之道，尚有精進之處。應答雖無怠慢，然主動熱忱不足，遇客所詢，偶有遲滯，未能盡善盡美。至於資費，價與值兩相權衡，雖非鉅惠，亦屬公允，未顯宰客之態，亦乏驚鴻之喜。綜而論之，若求簡居凈室、出行便利之所，此店堪為候選；倘重賓至如歸之體驗，則仍待店家砥礪矣。

Erg schoon, vriendelijk personeel, en het ontbijt was zeergoed. Ook was er een vriendelijke dame die al vrieg in de ochtend eieren stond te bakken, marokaanse pannekoekjes heel.lrkker mooi Hotel.

Was a good stay and we enjoyed the night and the neighborhood was very calm and especially the breakfast with Mr youness and other staff... The rooms were very nice and weve had a good tour at Rabat and seen lot of monuments and sea and we hope to get back again

We stayed 8 nights at the Mercure Ranat. The hotel is a nice 3 star hotel, nothing fancy, and located in a quiet neighborhood a five minute walk from the main thoroughfares with shops, cafés and restaurants. We had a room in the newly renovated 3rd floor and everything was ship shape. Towels and linens were fine, bed was firm and comfy. The room, the corridors and the commin areas are all impeccably clean. Any issues we had, which were few, were quickly dealt with by the friendly attentive staff. We spent a bunch of time hanging out in the large, sunny courtyard. The breakfast (included in our rate) was particulely enjoyed as it features an omelette starion, fresh fruit, both moroccan and french breads and great coffee. There was construction noise during the day as they are renovating the lower floors bur it was always done by 5pm.

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel and the entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left there feeling amazing

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was alright. There is great restaurant..They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places I would definitely stay there again..
