Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of pleasant food for breakfast with juices, fresh fruits, coffee etc. Room was a good size, clean. But, it was problem with card key after check in and refrigerator in the room was out of service. So, we’re able to leave medications at the fridge at reception.

Have stayed at this Hotel many times and sadly it continues to decline to a level where I can not stay again. Due to the incompetence of staff and a failure to correctly register my hire car for on-site parking, I am constantly receiving penalty notices and admin fees that add EUR70 on to the cost of the hotel per day. No manager available to return calls. Staff not knowing how to handle complaints. This has become the worst run hotel in Hamburg and they do not listen to customers. They just choose to ignore. Well, perhaps withdrawing the 200 nights per year that our company spends at your hotel will help you to develop a listening skill! If this is how they treat long standing customers that have been with them over 10 years, how will they treat the occasional visitor.

I am happy to share that I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. My room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with a cozy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The staff and the people were super nice that made me feel welcome. Enjoy every minute of it and I gladly recommend this! Love it!

Very good hotel. very good service, and a Great service by Mr Dag. I was so tired running about almost all over Hamburg I couldn’t find a hotel. I was stranded till I got to NH hotel and Mr Dag did me a great service by going through his system, and finally got me a room. Thanks a lot for great service
