Location wise, it is 10mins by bus from the central train station. However, the hotel is located in a rather rough neighborhood (you will see the area around is a little bit dirtier, with more graffiti …).
Otherwise, the staff was nice and friendly. The room is nice and spacious.

express self-service hotel. located near the central part of the city, but not in the center. to the railway station 15 minutes on foot, to the embankment 20 minutes on foot, to public transport stops - 10 minutes on foot. the room is small but adequate. I liked the fact that in the basement there is a large room - tea and coffee, cutlery, microwave, washing machines. you can cook and warm up your own food at any time of the day, do laundry, wait for your flight and relax with early booking or late check-out. also luggage room .

Great location, close to the train station and the cathedral.
Very limited breakfast choice. No bowls and utensils in the kitchen.

I am not very satisfy with the management of this hotel. They did not let me refund but they seems like friendly when you talk to them. They just said that you can cancel, but refuse to refund. That’s a big money. I feel bad with it. They didn’t handle problems flexibly.

Great location and at a good price. The hotel had a roof lounge and table tennis in the basement. Cleaners were very proactive & the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
The receptionist wouldn't make eye contact with you, nevermind talk. The position was rotated & still the same, in their defence the lobby is a cafe, which I imagine gets busy.

Good location within walking distance of public transport stops and the central station. Great view of the city from the roof terrace, friendly and expedite staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall a good hotel for shorter visits and budgets.

Hotel is good located. Rooms are nice but you can sometimes hear the other guests through the walls. The Receptionist was not very friendly and helpful.

The cafe counter at the entrance is also the check-in counter. May order food while checking-in. A very cosy hotel at competitive price.

A great place if you want a central location but are on a budget. The room was clean and the bathroom is nice and bright. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days and so the hotel is able to keep costs down plus be mindful of the environment. Our room faced the Rockerfellers club and on one night the music was really loud. However, the music stopped at 11pm and we were able to sleep well. The hotel is very friendly with communal areas for reading, having food and playing table tennis. There are laundry facilities in the basement, together with a kettle and microwave so you can have a DIY style breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget. Approx 15 min walk to harbour
