"Excellent location, just walk out from Oslo station and you can see the hotel and have access to the hotel’s level 2 directly. Easy access to airport. Arrived late at night. Check in process was efficient. Staff was polite and offered me a free bottled mineral water which was a kind gesture as the waters/drinks in mini fridge are chargeable. Small compact room but sufficient. Kettle and steam iron available in the room which are very useful. The room is too cold for me though, I think it is around 20-21degC, I tried to adjust temperature to be warmer to 24degC but it was not possible. The restaurant staff are polite and friendly especially the staff at restaurant reception. Good breakfast, plenty of choices, particularly I like the fresh juice/smoothies. Overall a comfortable stay and recommended."

"Even though it's an older hotel, it's really good. The service is excellent, and both the front desk and breakfast staff are very friendly. The rooms are quite spacious, and the best part is that the bathroom is separated from the bed by a wall, so you can't hear the exhaust fan. They use L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast is very generous, with a good selection of hot dishes, which is rare to find in Europe. The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the main street. Highly recommend it; I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"4 pemberhentian metro ke stasiun pusat (gedung opera, terminal feri semuanya ada di sana). Kamarnya terang, sarapannya berlimpah tetapi sangat ramai juga di musim Agustus. Parkir mahal karena meskipun berada di pinggiran kota, memarkir mobil di luar dengan membayar per jam tidak sepadan. Kemudian ada biaya tambahan 37€ per hari di tempat. Norwegia secara umum membuat parkir umum sulit, bahkan hampir tidak mungkin, bahkan di daerah pinggiran kota."
