TTamuPerfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful.
After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves.
The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee.
Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, sehingga mudah untuk berjalan kaki ke mana saja. Sarapannya sangat berlimpah. Memesan kamar yang lebih besar akan sangat nyaman. Namun, kolam renang dan sauna hotel cukup kecil, dan karena hotelnya besar, seringkali penuh sesak dan praktis tidak dapat digunakan.

Yyihong74Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus. Dekat dengan stasiun, jadi sangat nyaman untuk bepergian. Letaknya di pusat kota, dan sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke mana pun dengan bus. Sangat cocok untuk mengunjungi museum dan pergi ke pantai. Ada juga ketel untuk merebus air di kamar, dan sarapannya banyak, yang kami suka. Menginap dua malam berturut-turut.

TTamuMereka membersihkan kamar pada hari ke-4 Anda menginap, tetapi dapat meminta bantuan kapan pun Anda membutuhkannya. Balkonnya memiliki pemandangan kota yang indah. EEd999Excellent location, just walk out from Oslo station and you can see the hotel and have access to the hotel’s level 2 directly. Easy access to airport. Arrived late at night. Check in process was efficient. Staff was polite and offered me a free bottled mineral water which was a kind gesture as the waters/drinks in mini fridge are chargeable. Small compact room but sufficient. Kettle and steam iron available in the room which are very useful. The room is too cold for me though, I think it is around 20-21degC, I tried to adjust temperature to be warmer to 24degC but it was not possible. The restaurant staff are polite and friendly especially the staff at restaurant reception. Good breakfast, plenty of choices, particularly I like the fresh juice/smoothies. Overall a comfortable stay and recommended.

TTamuThe hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby.
Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions.
Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving.
The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel.
Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.

TTamuTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
