The ladies at the front desk were really kind and helpful, even though there were language barriers. The location is nice and central.

The room was spacious and the service provided was great. Also loved the fact that they had a space for tea session.

The service was amazing. The front desk staff lady was extremely nice, approachable, and helpful, even at 4am. The hotel staff as a whole is there whenever you need help and offers speedy assistance with superb customer service. The security is good as well. If you're a foreigner, the staff makes you feel taken care of and welcome, so don't worry about feeling out of place if you're foreign. The location is a bit far from where it's poppin in downtown Chengdu and the panda sanctuary, but the location is quiet and away from any noise. There are some small restaurants and convenience stores less than a minute walk away from the hotel, so the location is also good in that regard. As for room hygiene, the sink drain had a very bad smell that would only go away when we would wash our hands or faces, but the smell would come back quickly. It wasn't too bad unless we walked by the sink. The bathroom was relatively clean but the drain would occasionally smell, though not as bad as the sink drain. The shower mat it came with was dirty but we didn't use the shower mat. The toilet was rather clean as well as the rest of the room. Ayis did a fine job of cleaning, especially since we stayed for 5 days. The lobby and hallways were also clean. The laundry room's washer and dryer are free and operate in great condition. This hotel is a great choice if you want accommodations on the newer, functioning, and affordable side as opposed to the expensive international hotel chains in Chengdu.

Great hotel! In a nice and quite area. It's has coffee shops and restaurants near by and it's a walk away to the metro station. Clean and comfortable as well. 小琴 😁

From the moment I arrived, Ms.Yu Er's professionalism and efficiency were immediately apparent. She orchestrated a swift check-in process that set the tone for my entire stay. What truly set her apart, however, was her unwavering commitment to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout the duration of my stay. Despite encountering a language barrier that could have potentially posed challenges, Ms. Yu Er's resourcefulness and dedication truly shone through. Not only did she assist me with my check-in, but she went above and beyond her duties to help me with tasks that might have otherwise been complicated due to the language barrier. She went out of her way to help me book taxis and place food orders, ensuring that my needs were met seamlessly. Recognizing the importance of effective communication, Ms. Yu Er even went so far as to add me on WeChat (messaging App), a gesture that exemplified her commitment to providing exceptional service. This thoughtful act enabled us to communicate efficiently, particularly when not all the hotel staff were fluent in English. Her proactive approach to overcoming this challenge was nothing short of impressive. Ms. Yu Er's dedication to her role and her guests did not go unnoticed. Her willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities truly elevated my experience at your hotel. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made my stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. Room is clean and stuff is friendly

房間還不錯，面積蠻大的，跟圖片幾乎一樣的，酒店雖然有免費停車場，但是車位是限量的，當時去的比較晚了沒有停車位了，但是工作人員一大早會幫我們挪到了車位內，看開業時間很久了，對比這個位置其他酒店來説算很老了，但是跟朋友看評論還不錯，來體驗一下，畢竟分還算高，價格也比較合理，首先就是房間衞生，細節方面做的確實比較到位，畢竟酒店最重要的就是是否乾淨，其他到都是小問題，房間桌子角落，床沿，沒有一點灰塵，設施比較老舊，但是還看的過去，畢竟衞生做的非常到位，設施也非常齊全，空調是中央空調的，效果還不錯，就是開強風的話聲音會有點大，房間隔音效果還不錯，就算馬路來來往往的車聲也不會影響到睡眠，總體來説，設施齊全，房間乾淨，位置也比較可以，離世豪廣場和伊藤很近，周邊有個夜市，特別感謝前台小姐姐，服務態度非常熱情，人也很有趣，畢竟對於獨自來旅遊的我來説能在外感受到温暖是一件非常難得的！點贊！🍔小姐姐
