Ulasan Best Western Las Mercedes Airport

This hotel is across the street from the hotel and has a 24 hour shuttle service. They are very prompt in their replies via WhatsApp. The bed is comfy, room is clean and the wifi is fast enough for online video calls. One con is I never could get the hot water to work in the shower but I live in Nicaragua so I’m used to cold showers lol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good, local options.

Literally just crossing the street from/to the airport, perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Rooms are like small cabins, clean and tidy. Nice setup with two pools. The hotel facilities are Nicaragua style and so is the breakfast - good traditional breakfast, but don't expect a western breakfast.

Pros: -super convenient to the airport -restaurant is good -2 pools Cons: -lots of mosquitos in the room -front desk & housekeeping both said they would bring us an extra bath towel, never happened -gym has no equipment -room was okay clean, but not clean enough for the price (some rust stains, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, etc) Note: the hotel runs a day pass for the pools, so when we were there the large one was completely full and a bit of a party scene. This isn't clear on the hotel descriptiom

The best airport option when you fly in and out of Managua and need a place to sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant this time and it was good! Open till 10:30pm!!

If you’re flying in or out of the Managua Airport late at night or in the early morning, this is the spot for you. It’s right across from the airport, walking distance. Staff is great, breakfast buffet is fantastic, AC in each room to beat the heat. 10/10

Staff was great but property is in very poor condition. Walls on the rooms are dirty , all property is very old.

Loved the property. My room was perfect. The location is so close to the airport. I didn’t even need to take the shuttle, I just walked across the street when it was time to fly home.

The front desk agent was not helpful at all. We arrived in the middle of the night (a fact that we had communicated previously) but the agent made us buy another room. Or we could have waited in the lobby for 12 hours. Room was not clean. Breakfast was good

The restaurant is excellent in quality & quantity of food, Staff is very helpful & tolerant of non speaking spanish people. Very close to the airport, shittle service good

I've stayed here many times over the past 3 years or so. The location is great as it is right across the street from the airport. That's the main reason my wife and I use the BW. Overall the rooms are ok. Sometimes the TV doesn't work or there is no hot water (rarely). My main complaint would be the mosquitoes in the room. Often times the bathroom window is open and that is how they get it. So, as part of the cleaning checklist they should make sure the windows are closed. The pool is nice and we often hang out there. Sometimes the mosquitoes are very bad and we use mosquito spray, so I would recommend that BW is more proactive in spraying for mosquitoes. The cleanliness of the rooms is ok. Sometimes it's very clean, other times, not so clean. Overall the main reason we stay is the location. They could improve the rooms to make it a more pleasant experience.

The employees are very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was very tasty and the chef cooked to our tastes. The waitresses paid close attention to us.
