Yeovil Town Centre

Stayed here for one night in February. Paid £45 (non-refundable) for a Premier double room. Check in was easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The wifi was awful but you can upgrade for £5 and we only need the bed to sleep in so didn't factor that in. There was a connecting door which we were made aware of but there was limited noise to be heard. I love the late check out (12pm) and we got breakfast in the morning. Took a little while for us to be seated as there was only one person but they were attentive afterwards. I'm vegan so was surprised by pretty decent vegan options (faux sausages and bacon, vegan spread, golden syrup, fruit and soya milk). There was no one at the desk to check out but there was a check out box. Second time staying here and would recommend.

Waited two hours for breakfast even though the restaurant was half empty. Asked for a refund but told they can’t do anything there and all complaints have to go through guest services. Fire alarm went off twice during the night, Room very noisy just due to lack of soundproofing, View awful and bathroom fousty.

lovely hotel, great staff, large room with everything you need for a night, breakfast was great with massive choice and cooked food to order. very happy, will be returning. we used the carpark which was less than 2 mins walk, cost 4.10 for a day. we got there suday eve, and sundays were free, so got the ticket for the whole day on monday am before breakfast, work out really well.

Check in and out were easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed due to the chef being unwell but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The car park is a minute or two walk away. It is free over night and very cheap during the day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was some noise outside but it did not disturb a very good night's sleep. The room smelt a little off - it was like a dusty vac that hadn't been emptied. The air con shifted the smell quickly. Bathroom was clean with basic amenities.

After a long drive we arrived at the hotel at 9.25pm , then waited 10mins for someone to book us in. I then asked about food was told restaurant was closed and there was no room service, so we had to go out and find somewhere to eat. when we got back we went to bed, only to be woken up by the noise from the room above at 1am this went on until 3am as there are no phones now in the rooms the only way to contact reception is to go down to reception, which is a bit risky as the doors to the corridors did not work as the keypad did not operate which meant the doors were always accessible. Next morning on leaving we spoke to reception who gave me a card and told me to ring customer service, no sorry or nothing. On my return home I contacted customer service, who said that I should have reported it when it happened, I tried to explain about the hotel security, but all she said i should read the terms and conditions about a Good Nights Sleep. I don't read Terms and Conditions at 1 am in the mornings Will not be going back

The room is lovely but you’ll love the breakfast more amassing chef called kynan made the best fry ups every morning filled my plate and my belly! Very happy with the stay and more happy with daily breakfasts bonus ☺️ thankyou kynan and all staff for the great services
