Cesca's Boutique Hotel

Beautiful restored building with an authentic charm and a great location near the trendy waterfront of Xlendi. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable and showers with real high pressure hot water. Pool area a great place to chill and gaze at the view of nearby cliffs. Breakfast buffet was simple but a la carte eggs very tasty and great coffee. The best part of my 3 night stay was the extremely helpful and accommodating front desk who helped me with all my requests. Will definitely stay here again on my next diving holiday!

Bad experience booking the stay at this hotel. Due to an error on the booking site, I couldn't complete booking of my preferred accommodation and ended up booking this hotel. Once booked I've received 2 messages confirming booking both hotels. I immediately called this hotel and asked to cancel my booking, since it was due to the error, but the receptionist said he couldn't help as he didn't receive my booking yet in his system (call was 2 minutes after confirmation of booking). I called him again 30 minutes later and he said he needed to consult with the management and get back to me in 2 days. When I insisted to speak with the manager, he said that he is the manager himself. He later assured me that he will arrange a refund in the following Monday. Needless to say that the Monday had passed and this manager marked my stay as 'non-show' and pocketed my money. Pure fraud.

A very luxurious and quiet hotel. Loved everything about it. Midway between Victoria and Xlendi (both walkable). Best of both worlds. Pool area was superb. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Just beautiful 😍

The staff at this charming hotel were outstanding. They were friendly and accommodating but still very professional. We had an issue, not related to the hotel, they did their best to help us and it was very much appreciated. The hotel itself is lovely, very spacious room, excellent bathroom with a large walk in shower which we loved, the bathroom is always the one I find fault with, even in much more expensive five star hotels in Europe, but this was delightful. You will not regret staying here, enjoy!

They were fantastic with their service and extra special treatment. The room was clean and perfectly kept with a lovely view. The rest of the hotel was very quiet, no loud screaming guests. Breakfast was perfectly fine, the only issue we had was that the bar was closed from after bfast till midday meaning you couldn’t but a bottle of water or beer anything, that was the only downside but otherwise a great place I’d 100% stay at again

A gem of a hotel. A perfect romantic get-away all year round. Wonderful staff, perfect and calm location and quiet and clean. We recomend eating at the restaurant at least once. We will be back.

We stayed at this boutique hotel for a few nights in July. Although it is beautifully renovated with nice views from the rooms over a deep gorge, there are a few issues that have to be addressed before they can consider themselves a true luxury hotel. It was hot when we were in Gozo but the air conditioning was not able to keep the rooms cooler than 23/24 degrees. The manager blamed it on the heatwave but we had stayed at two other hotels in Malta and Gozo during our trip and the air conditioning was great in both of the other hotels. As well, the beautifully decorated lobby and reading room could not be enjoyed as it was not air conditioned either (we never saw one guest relaxing in these areas, making the hotel feel empty). The breakfast was a real letdown as well, with the small buffet not only limited in choice but in quality as well. Even the special order items from the menu were average at best and, although breakfast was included, they wanted 3.50 Euros for fresh orange juice. The biggest disappointment, however, was having their guests make their own coffee using a small, pod coffee machine at the breakfast buffet, even though they had staff working at breakfast with a professional espresso machine in the bar area located in the breakfast room. Totally unacceptable. The rooms were nicely furnished and elegant and the balcony was a nice touch (should be lit, however). The rooftop pool is small but it does allow one to enjoy some relaxation after a day of sightseeing or boating and drinks could be ordered from a rooftop bar as well. This hotel has potential and it wouldn’t take much for it to become a true luxury four star hotel.

Very nice rooms and all with the views. it is very clean, staff where great and very helpful. Breakfast was good and fulfilling. It was a very relaxing holiday and a perfect one. Child friendly boutique.

Breakfast is the only thing that is disappointing, not so much to choose from but overall still ok. But hotel is amazing, beds are super comfortable, staff is very helpful and location/design is something completely different!
