Hotel is old but within a good location to zhongshan road walking streets. About 8min walk to Zhenghai road metro station. Recommend this hotel to those no fussy.

The counter staff is unhelpful and the door key Malfunction everytime we came back after shopping. U need to drag your luggage up the stairs into the lobby .not wheelchair friendly.

the personnel is really amazing, very understanding and attentive. we had a problem with the toilet in the room we originally booked, and they changed it for us immediately. also allowed to check in 2 hours before official check-in without any additional fee. excellent

由於酒店房間多,前台有時都幾忙,但亦會盡量滿足顧客要求;但遇上一群顧客,退房後,想借用厠所,但未能安排,感覺無奈,感同身受。設備不過不失,但可能太忙,入住初期,無法觀看電視,師傅數次上門,才找出原因,是訊號線斷連,這些前期操作應交房前做好。但亦值一讚的是,員工們都盡責,對顧客提出的問題,都第一時間處理。酒店的位置很好,旺中帶靜,交通方便。
