Hotel ini terletak di gedung tua Balai Rakyat Xi'an. Selain itu, sepertinya saya tidak menemukan kelebihan apa pun. Kepala pancuran besarnya rusak. Lantai atas terlalu tinggi untuk dijangkau. Hotel ternyata tidak ditutup saat saya check in, yang langsung menyebabkan suhu kamar sangat rendah di malam hari. Saya kena ombak dingin dan masuk angin ketika saya meninggalkan hotel keesokan harinya. Ketika mobil sampai di pintu masuk lobi, petugas meja depan menatap saya tanpa payung. Kami acuh tak acuh, dan tidak ada tamu lain di lobi dan pelayannya bebas, jadi kami menelepon petugas meja depan secara langsung dan bertanya apakah dia bisa memegang payung untuk kami dan membawanya ke mobil sebelum mengantarkannya. Very old hotel With no service

Hotel location is fine but hotel is quite dated. Xi’an in general hotel standard isn’t high.

I like the museum and the garden most. hotel room is spacious. Great breakfast. The only fall back for me is that it's not close to subway station of either line 4 or line 5 - it will unbearable to walk 12-15 mins under the burning sun in the summer between 10am and 4pm. but if you take Didi all the time then it's fine.

The Sofitel Legend is above standard in all respects: perfectly positioned yet wonderfully quiet, spotlessly clean and cozy despite the generous dimension. We would like to praise Tommy and Hattie for organizing the perfect stay for us. From airport pick-up and drop-off to booking of all possible attractions they went the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. We will be back soon L and R

The culinary experiences at the hotel are undoubtedly a highlight, with a sumptuous and diverse breakfast selection as well as exquisite afternoon tea offerings. Whether indulging in French classics or savoring local delights, each dish is a symphony of flavors that tantalize the palate. While the service, on occasion, may not have been flawless, I commend the hotel’s proactive approach in swiftly addressing feedback, demonstrating a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. The presence of a well-stocked Mini Bar in the room further elevated my stay, providing a range of snacks and beverages that added convenience and comfort to my leisure moments. I must take this opportunity to commend the three dedicated butlers, Eric, Mandy, and Flora. Their professionalism and warm hospitality redefine the concept of “home away from home.” Always greeted with a smile, they patiently attended to my inquiries, even offering invaluable travel insights that enriched my exploration of the city. In summary, the Sofitel Legend Hotel in Xi’an has left an indelible mark on my memory, crafting an unforgettable experience. As a seasoned connoisseur of luxury accommodations, I confidently place this hotel among the finest I’ve encountered.
