Decided on a last minute staycation, and found this at a very reasonable rate, we couldnt have been more pleased with our choice! A quick online check in, and directions for a lockbox and we were in and had the kettle on in minutes, tucking into the yummy complimentary homemade cake. The location is beautiful, as is the house and the rooms, and the breakfast cooked to order was delicious. We stayed in the Sunrise room on the bottom floor, it was perfect. So many little touches that made it even more appealing. I could ramble on for ages about how lovely it was, but try it for yourself if you’re looking for anything near wells, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the nicest Guest Houses we have stayed in. A friendly welcome, big and beautifully furnished room with a comfortable bed, excellent breakfasts (best kippers ever!) with a good pub next door and others not far away, and handy for local attractions such as Holkham Hall amd Walsingham.

Where do I start, the check in is easy and full instructions provided. I booked this after initially booking a b & b in wells itself and then cancelling, like another reviewer below I’m so glad I did. We stayed in the Sandalwood suite and it felt like we were on a spa weekend, so relaxing. The rooms are beautiful, clean, provide toiletries and everything you could want including home made cake upon arrival. The breakfast was outstanding with a vast choice and a great selection of really good quality products. We will absolutely return and highly recommend to others who are going to this area. The icing on the cake is was the pub next door which does the most excellent food. We will definitely return. Thank you

Had a break away for my birthday. Usually stay in Wells but no accommodation available for what I consider a reasonable price. Got lucky and found this property instead a few miles outside of Wells. Peaceful location. Big suite and very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely. Hosts friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

What a gem of a bed and breakfast. Lovely location, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Every thing has been thought of by the owner to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is a pleasure cooked freshly in front of your eyes with the best local produce. Would highly recommend to all. Just try it you won’t be sorry.

We had such a great break. The house is really tastefully decorated and the room was sooo lovely and comfortable. Really great breakfasts and Sam and Pauline made us feel very welcome.

We stayed for one night in October following a recommendation. It is a really lovely and well furnished Guesthouse, which is Adults Only, and well located a couple of miles inland from Wells-Next-The-Sea. We had the Garden Suite which was lovely with really nice views across the garden and nearby views. They also have a Hot Tub set within a Garden gazebo for good weather. Really good breakfasts. Spacious Residents Lounge with honesty Bar. Really good host. Also a really good pub- Carpenter’s Arms-just round the corner. Can thoroughly recommend.

Well what can I say about my stay at the Meadow View Guest house. The location is lovely and quiet to start with and my room (Lavender) was amazing. A fantastic king size bed to spread out on, great flat screen telly on the wall and yes you are presented with a slice of cake on your arrival. The bath and shower means you have a choice. The room is so clean , neat and modern which makes it a pleasure to come back to after a long day at Wells next to Sea which incidentally is only 3 miles away. The breakfast was really tasty and so fresh. Three rounds of toast, nice coffee and a full English Breakfast, sets you up for the day. I'd like to thank the whole team for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable and I'll definitely be back on my next visit, as it's the perfect location for access to the Norfolk Seaside.

We stayed for two nights for my birthday. The property is tastefully decorated throughout. Our room (Sandalwood) was a huge suite, comfy bed. On arrival we were greeted with a slice of cake each in our room. The breakfasts are superb, lots of choice. They have a beautiful garden with a large hot tub. The B&B is situated next to The Carpenters Pub which opens Wednesday- Sunday, they serve lovely food. A couple miles from Wells-next-the-Sea. We couldn’t fault this B&B. Definitely recommend and we plan on returning.
