Terrible front desk service, rude and abrupt. Communication among the staff is disorganized, to say it kindly. I have worked in hotels, and when there is a significant problem that is the fault of poor communication between depar**ents of the hotel, you apologize and solve the problem. You take ownership… period. I asked the same question 3 times, in an attempt to solve the problem myself, and the front desk clerk, in a very condescending tone, kept talking around the question, instead of just providing the information that I needed. I am 53 years old, and don’t appreciate being talked to like I’m a child, from “hospitality” personnel. If you want a smile and a personable, helpful attitude, there are many other hotels in the area to stay at.
