Excellent location, just across the street from the airport entrance. Beautiful aesthetics. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious beautiful modern room.

The hotel exceeded expectations- it truly is a 5* stay. The room was very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good - one best selections had for long while. Great location opposite airport. Only challenge is stopping water escaping the shower onto floor ( minor point) . Two Sebastions at reception were helpful. Overall very much enjoyed our overnight airport stay.

We had a booking for Two adults and two kids. One child was booked as adult as age was 14 years. After checking in we were told that there is no extra bed. I discussed my booking and explained it was a family booking with four individuals. I was asked to manage with my two kids in a room with a king bed. Shameful for a hotel like Renaissance,I even considered to move to another hotel. After some time the manager agreed that they should have arranged a better room. Not happy with the service. It could have been much better!
