I came back here after 1 year, surprised how much has changed. They have renovated a lot from bedrooms, balconies, pool areas. My family and I had a great experience. Hopefully, you will also give yourself the opportunity to try the room service once when you go down to Vung Tau.

Just back from Vung Tau where my daughter and I stayed at the OSC Sunrise. This is more a resident with apar**ent concept than a hotel however you will find most of the services that can provided in a traditional hotel. Although the apar**ent seems a bit aging (kitchen mainly), we had a comfortable stay with good bedding and in overall all the necessary equipment. The apar**ent (two-bedroom) was spacious and bright. I would like to thanks Ms Thao and her Team for their support to arrange a birthday cake for my daughter. The Team managed to make our stay a very memorable one. The swimming-pool is certainly the highlight of this residence. Good location, a few walks away from the main park and the sea.

Breakfast is ok and I love the scene around, it's really quiet and beautiful, we stay in two bedroom apar**ent and it's reasonable for my family, it's close to the seaside and we just need to walk there

Nice apar**ents, spacious and all equipped, family ambiance with warm welcome of the personnel, nice wide swimming pool and garden, near the old center of Vung Tau and museums and Bach Dinh palace. I suggest to prefer the apar**ents on the garden side.

The hotel has good location, in the center so it's easy to go around. I stayed in one bedroom apar**ent and it's clean and fine. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful, they are always willing to help. I will come back for sure

The front of house staff member in the afternoon was great and helped with information and taxis. that is the only good thing that i can say about this property. The photos do not represent what you get. This hotel is run done. It was honestly like Fawlty Towers. On arrival I noticed the outside of the building was disgusting with dirt and paint flaking off. Before paying I asked to see the room expecting the worst and I was right. We then decided to cancel but they then offered us an upgrade to their credit. The upgrade was to a larger room evidently their best. So, we decided to stay. Once in that room on closer inspection once we had paid, we began to notice that it was dirty, kitchen cupboards were broken, the fridge did not work and they only replace at the end of day two, bathrooms were falling apart. TV's had been removed from walls in bedrooms and it had no safe. When asked to get a safe they begrudgingly agreed and put a safe in our room. When I checked after arriving back in the room the safe was not secured down and was loose so anyone could just pick it up and walk away with it. Had to argue with the manager to get them to screw it down so it was secure (absolutely amazing stupidity). Now the facilities of which the pool was the best but pool furniture was all broken, Gym was mostly out of order with signs on everything, squash court and a basketball hop attached to the wall making it no use for squash games (OK for Bball), no pool towels available, they seem to hire out the tennis court making it hard to use and had people using it from 6am making lots of noise every day waking us up. Breakfast was open to 9.30 but by 8.30 was being packed up and was cold every day even after I asked for them to make sure it was hot and everything made available and hot, at one point asked for some bacon and was told by the staff that the bacon was frozen I then had to ask if they had a microwave to defrost it and cook us some to which he replied ohh that's a good idea!! Seriously if Basil Fawlty had walked out, I would not have been surprised. Avoid this place at all costs!

Tôi được khách sạn đón tiếp rất nồng nhiệt. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, các bạn nhân viên rất thân thiện. Thật tuyệt vời khi có một kỳ nghỉ dài ngày tại đây. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè khi họ có dịp đến Vũng Tàu.
