Ulasan Atelier Hotel Johor Bahru

Lokasi hotel bagus, tidak kekurangan tempat makan. Namun, meskipun ada permintaan untuk kamar yang tenang, kamar yang diberikan dekat dengan lift dan di samping pusat karaoke. Bernyanyi sampai lewat tengah malam. Staf umumnya ramah. Kamar sedikit berjamur. TV bukan smart tv.

Kesan pertama: kamar yang sangat bersih dengan bak mandi besar. Tidak ada lemari pakaian tetapi memiliki sudut gantung, Memiliki semua kebutuhan dasar untuk kunjungan singkat. Tempat tidurnya nyaman dengan penyangga dan memiliki bantal yang berbeda, yang satu empuk dan yang lainnya sedikit lebih keras untuk kami masing-masing. Ketidaknyamanan: saklar lampu di sebelah pintu masuk bukan di samping tempat tidur dan tidak ada stopkontak di sebelah tempat tidur. Di dekatnya ada ruko. Tidak jauh dari sana, Plaza Pelangi memiliki supermarket, Watson, Guardian, dan toko roti SDS. Secara keseluruhan, keluarga puas dengan kunjungan kami selama 2D1N.

We like this hotel the best so far because of the big bathtub! there's free flow cookies at the pantry lobby as well.. drinking water is provided from hotel water dispenser. surrounding area has eateries anytime, massage at kings spa & 7-11 just few steps away. Reasonable price sgd$130 for a night - one king one single bed for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Will come back again!

Booked for family suite, overall still consider clean and good just for short stay 1 night. But when we enter the room, we found that the toilet paper is not replenish, the water bottle (both are not clean) still leftover with water inside. If you require slipper, need to request from reception and register to get it.

No wardrobe, no safe. Cleanliness is good, wifi is good. Bathroom has a huge bathtub. Location is near to many eateries.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the air conditioning unit had frequent water dripping, which was a bit inconvenient. Hope it can be fixed soon for better comfort.

Space were cozy, all necessities are available. Food is good, and their staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Booked a family room and found ants on beds, could have another mirror outside the beside the one and only mirror in the bath room. Bath towels are torn can be change instead of letting your guest use it.

Pros - service staff very friendly, pleasant environment and good location Cons - Room noisy (can hear construction nearby and vehicle sound), front office staff photocopy my identity card?? Very basic amenities in room.

My booking was "upgraded" to another hotel in which i missed out the msg / email. So I arrived at the hotel (at 4.30pm on 16 May) tht i booked and I went to the counter. 2 front desk service officers were on duty. The guy asked for my name and tried to check for my booking. He cant find my booking and realized i shd be at the other building. Here's when the issue came.. Since I was not aware of the change, I politely asked why wasn't I informed and why the change? This guy (his name is Ryan) completely ignored me. he just stared at his computer. I have no idea if he can't hear me but I asked again and he kept quiet. Till his female colleague helped me answer, saying that they have informed via Trip.com msg. I was disappointed by that guy's response. Went to the other building. Service was okay. Hotel and room was clean. But the walls are thin. I can hear when people are walking. The tv remote cant work. There is no toulet paper. Abit disappointing for the price that i paid for the room. And there's no space to park a motorbike.

cosy and very clean room with a fantastic hard slumberland bed. wifi works, toiletries provided. location is not the best but there are food just within 5mins walk from morning till late night. the only thing they should work on is the staff at the reception. while checking us in, the staff picked up a personal call and was speaking on top of his lungs. he looks like he’s been working for the last 24 hours. agitated, and unprofessional.

The hotel looks very new and the location is very strategical. Surrounded with variety of famous cafe & restaurants. We like the bathtub the most.
