When I booked the hotel, it said that we had on-site restaurants. When I arrived I learned that there was NO restaurants in my building. I also did not have any coffee options internally. I was still asked to pay $125 for a resort fee, for what? We didn't have any amenities open. Then when I asked about parking, I was told it would include my parking but not my guest's parking. She had to pay an additional $69 for parking. When I tried to upgrade I was met with anger and frustration from your staff. I was trying to give you more money and they basically told me I was wasting their time. The people at the front desk are not nice. When I asked basic questions, such as: where can I get coffee close to here? I was met with rolled eyes and they said, "everywhere, ugh." I am so disappointed in your service. I travel constantly and plan to return to VA Beach in two months. However, I will not be staying with you or any of our partner hotels.
