This is a great hotel. I recommend to everyone. The staff is always helpful, friendly and has staff at the door to open the doors for you!It is convenient to print out any documents at the reception, and you can leave your luggage for storage. The hotel also has a swimming pool!. The hotel is very beautiful inside, there is a breakfast with omelet and fruit. The rooms are clean and have new mattresses. Everything works perfectly: air conditioning, hot shower, Wi-Fi. The only drawback is that there are very few sockets in the room. Free drinking water, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided in the room.I am very pleased with this hotel and will definitely return.

Good breakfast was included with my room. The room was outdated, but functional. The AC, shower, fridge all worked perfectly fun. The front desk patrons were very helpful as well. Please note this property does not have an elevator, if you are on the upper floors you will have to carry your luggage up, there is help tho. Well worth the value.

Good breakfast, small clean rooms with perfect location. Not noisy. I would recommend this one because for the price it's the best hotel around

An old and tired hotel with a low quality breakfast. Only the pool is ok and the location. Just worth its money but I’d be looking for better options next time.

To be honest with you that, everything is fine in here. Except Amenities not deserve to be. Centara Brand definitely damaged, compared to otters Centara Group Hotel. You need bringing own tissues, Mug, soap, shampoo, other etc. looks like hotel saving too.much budget, that's why not deserve to have Brand like Centara. If you can bring mug, tissues, wardrobe, shampoo, soap this hotel is perfect for you. One of Best Hotel Manager and senior Staff deserves 7 Stars and They Manager Excellent. But staff need to train more. Apart from that everything is ok . But not designed

Receptionists are very kindness and give us all of thing we need and help really everythings. We really would like to appreciate with them all. Next trip I will not forget them and this place then come this place and see them again soon as possible we can be there ＜3

The location was great! Within walking distance to the Markets, food vendor markets, the parks, and restaurants; literally in the heart of the capital city. The air conditioning unit, definitely had seen better days. We were uncomfortably hot during our whole stay, and the bathroom had a very foul odor coming from it, even with the doors closed and towels stuffed underneath. I believe with the bathroom the way that it was; there was definitely much more mosquitoes in the room than usual… No exaggeration when I used a whole bottle of mosquito spray per day. However, The cleaning staff was very nice and friendly.

This hotel located near the French street, a very famous Laos restaurant and some massage shop, got to say that's really convenient for the travellers. The room's condition and inner decoration is not bad , really historical building which you will agree, plus a swimming pool as well 🤣 The breakfast's quality is quite unexpected high, as the buffet sytle breakfast the taste of food is beyond "acceptable" level compared with other hotel. *The only thing that they need to improve is the strange smell of the toilet... that's why I only give 4 stars about room condition.

Location perfect. Satisfied with everything for the price. Breakfast is very, very good. Very tasty and fresh. This condition at this price. What more do you need? Those who complain, go to a luxury hotel. My favorite accommodation during my recent trip.

The accommodation and furniture are quite old. But the staff and housekeepers provide good service.

Hotel from Hell! Stay away! We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. As the rooms were so bad we opted to walk out and re-book around the corner. Room description 22m² is NOT true. All the rest is not true. Mattresses broken, bedding filthy, power plugs not working, hot water not working, TV not working, door handles loose and temporarily fixed with screws. Could go in and on.

It was pretty rough start for me with this booking. I booked 3 nights/4d stay (Dec 10-13) but checked in 8:30am on Dec 11. I have informed them ahead of plan and even got Trip.com involved on the communication. I got there and was expecting a seamless checkin process and I can have my rest, instead i was told they dont have available rooms and I need to wait until 2pm for checkin. I insisted that they confirmed my booking and by essence a room should have already been reserved for me - given they have confirmed that they got request for a late check in. I waited 30 mins so they can sort things out before i was told that they now have a room available for me. When we get to the room, the power slot where the card is being placed is not working. So the whole room was dark and no power at all. The staff told me they will contact their technician so itll get fixed, then he left the room. I was left there not knowing what to do. 15 mins later, after message Trip, i went down to the lobby to ask the guy if they can move me to another room that has power because i cannot wait any longer when they dont know when that power issue will be fixed. Another 15mins passed and nothing, until one of their staff confirmed a room became available but they need to clean it first. Anyway, the facility is weathered (seemed like it’s a theme in Ventiane) but it’s in a really central area of Ventiane. The kitchen staff are the nicest, they always have warm smiles when manninguu the breakfast buffer. The cleaning staff can do room housekeeping everyday or just bring you a fresh set of towels and bottled water.

Housekeeping and front office are polite and helpful. Hotel has a small but nice swimming pool. Few eateries on the street on the same street. The airport shuttle bus-stop is only 200m on the main road near the Lao Hotel Plaza.

Big disappointment ! - Run down, dirty and unsafe. The rooms are very dirty, there was urine on the toilet seat and various hairs in the bathroom, which gives the impression that it was not cleaned before check in. The sheets had various, indefinable stains and the room has a moldy smell (proven by the model in the bathroom and room corners), the beds are rock hard and you could feel every spring. The highlight was the insects in the room 🤢The safe was broken, there was a hole in the wardrobe and the other furnishings were in a rather run-down state. In addition, the room door could not be locked properly as the lock was broken. The pool did not look really clean and was therefore not used. The breakfast buffet was very poor in choice. The hotel would have potential if it was maintained properly. If the hotel was restored and maintained to a certain standard of cleanliness, this would be a really sweet hotel. The courtyard has a great concept, very spacious and green which still has a certain intimate feel.
