Problems with wifi

性價比很高的酒店，位置稍微有點偏僻，好在坐有軌下車後大約5分鐘能走到。房間空間很大，夜晚噪音略大

房間設施較全，衞生間乾濕分離。裝修還比較新，酒店附近有個小超市，購物方便。離小火車15分鐘步行距離，可以搭乘到市中心主要景點。

Excellent friendly front of house Thierry who could not do enough to help us and make our stay as good as it could possibly have been . It was so easy to get transport around city from hotel. Big plus was secure parking .

Service very good from check-in to check-out. Parking very convenient and easy to access.

The hotel is aircon system broken. Hotel know but provide no info nor any alert on it, only throw customer into the room. When checking after in-room, front desk lady said no one will attend to it until following day, though ambient temperature is at 32c in the hot European afternoon. A fan was provided after dealing, made us stay in furnace and road noise for whole night. Very bad experience

Ambient place to stay. However, the aircon in our room was not working and the staff has kindly offered us another room to stay with.

The hotel is ok for the price we paid. Would definitely benefit of good maintenance work in the inside and surrounding. It looks deteriorated, ex: balcony’s room door latch was broken, and the “fixing latch/ provisional” was also broken. Overall, personnel was very attentive.

The room was great and spacious! The location was also really good. The issue is that they didn't clean the room every day even if having put the label outside. They would come and make the bed but no collect the rubbish or clean the dirty mugs etc.

One of the worst hotels I have dealt with. Reservation that was a non cancelable was accidently cancelled. Called hotel within minutes of the cancellation and asked them to reinstate the cancelled reservation. They wanted me to pay again for the two nights in order for it to be reinstated and stated that they can't reinstate cancelled reservation. Horrible CUSTOMER SERIVE AND HORRIBLE INCONSIDERABLE MANAGMENT !!! Booked it through *********** and they were not able to assist with the situation either. This is what is stated on the website, however I was not given this opportunity. Can I cancel or change my dates for a non-refundable booking? Canceling a Non-Refundable booking usually incurs a charge. However, you might have the option to request free cancellation when managing your booking. This sends a request to the property, who may decide to waive your cancellation fee. It's not possible to change dates for a Non-Refundable booking, though it's possible to re-book for your desired dates if your waive fees request is successful.

Nice was crazy expensive. We found this hotel though. We paid 400 for 4 nights. This hotel is on the tram line. Big room and get a balcony. Supermarkets within 2 mins walk. Its not on the promenade or in the old town . 1.50 EUR on the tram and 10 mins later I'm right in the tourist area. It was sooo hot and the room had good air con. No complaints with this hotel. Wish they had a fridge in room but bough ice in local market.

Great service room and bed was cleaned every day. Staff are very welcoming and kind. Room was clean and cool for the heat
