FeelGood Apartments Green Living

Very well presented spacious and clean apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of Vienna but close to the city centre through excellent travel links. Particularly nice touch that gym passes were included in the price for the stay and the facilities were only a 3-minute walk away.

During the time that I stayed at the FeelGood Apartments GreenLiving, everything was perfect, well organized, clean room, friendly and hospitality the staff..... I was very impressed by the responsiveness. Highly recommendable! Excellent! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Good value for money. Good beds, good rooms, great kitchen, 2 sides balconies. I can recommend this appartment. Near beach with clean schwimming water. Good location, near Metro and supermarket. Good parking space nearby.

Great location and apartment layout. The proximity of free parking, metro, shops and a beach for swimming. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Vienna. Our vacation at Vienna was very perfect. many thanks.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean with comfortable beds and kitchen fully equipped. It is easy to check-in and check-out. For those who travel by car there is a parking space in a garage nearby (3 min walk). I truly recommend it!!!

Overall a positive experience, with one exception. The apartment was spacious , clean and in good condition; good heating , kitchen was well equipped though we hardly used it. The self-check in and check-out process including the garage has worked fine and was convenient. The Bahn station is nearby and Seestadt is easy to walk anyways. The parking garage is nearby , it requires a short walk which with good weather is pleasant. The specific parking can get crowded and finding a parking spot some times especially late in the evening may become a challenge. There is some noise occasionally from nearby apartments or construction outside but this is circumstantial and not that frequent so I would not consider it an issue. What has been however an issue was the lack of internet. Speeds throughout the apartment have been varying from an unstable 15Mbps at 6am when nobody in the building was using it to 2-3Mbps in the evening; practically this means you cant do anything. Photo attached is from the apartment's TV measuring the native network. It was not possible to do any serious activity requiring a connection. I had planned to work for one day but I fall back only to my mobile data (medium signal strength due to high buildings) . Streaming or any other recreational use besides web surfing was not possible . Furthermore it was an unsecured public WiFi shared with all building tenants with a basic email based registration . Only way you could use this with some basic security was to launch a VPN client which was bringing down the speed even further. I mentioned this as of first night to the admin staff; though caring and sympathetic there was nothing they could do . Not having an internet connection on vacation with a family including teenagers ruins the experience . I understand it might have been something affecting my specific apartment #14 (too far away perhaps from the shared router seen in the picture at the other side of the corridor? not sure) , or that others may not care about this. However despite all the good qualities the apartment has to offer I would not choose it again unless given guarantees in advance there is a trustworthy internet connection.
