Absolutely amazing from top to bottom. Great classy luxurious CLEAN. Properly clean. Check all the corners clean. I thought about adding an extra night to the trip while I was there and I wish I had. They thought of all the little details. Umbrellas to borrow. Razors. Chocolates. I loved that the teas and bubble baths were from small local businesses too! I found them in my explorations and was able to buy more from them after sampling them at the hotel. Really appreciated the dedication to their local community!

We had a really great time during our stay at Magnolia Hotel and Spa. The moment we entered the hotel until we left, all staffs are very courteous, accommodating and helpful. The room is big and very clean. The beds are the best, we all had a good night sleep, no itchiness nor back pain. Highly recommended and we will come back here next time.

There are many factors involved in awarding CAA 4-Diamond status, but the most important one I'd evident the moment you speak to a single staff member. Every single team member is a true client care professional. I cannot express how much it means for a working class journeyman to be able to treat his wife to a twentieth anniversary where we couldn't have been made more welcome even if we had arrived by private jet. We will never forget it.
As an aside - the Happy Hour at the Courtney Room is not to be missed! There is nothing like fresh shucked oysters and strong handcrafted cocktails overlooking arguably the most beautiful harbour in the world to make one feel truly decadent

Had an outstanding stay at the Magnolia for our engagement celebration! All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, from front desk, to valet, to housekeeping. Special shout-out to Natalie who checked us in and offered a room upgrade and complimentary sparkling wine. She also gave us a thorough introduction to Downtown Victoria and gave us a few ideas for activities to do and restaurants to visit. The prime location of the hotel meant we were able to walk to all of our destinations within 10-15mins. 11/10 stay, we will be back!
